This ramen spot seriously impressed me. The karaage ramen was absolutely delicious—rich, flavorful broth and perfectly crispy chicken that stayed tender even in the soup. The portion sizes were huge, definitely enough to enjoy again later as leftovers, which is always a win.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that made the meal even better. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This place is a wonderful, comfortable, and delicious experience. Ordering takes no time and the service is very kind and polite. Food was served hot and ready to order and everything tasted and seemed to be made fresh. This restaurant is a true gem very clean and has an amazing atmosphere where you can enjoy the worlds best ramen full of flavor and listen to wonderful music. I felt very welcomed and left very satisfied. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a filling and delicious high quality meal that is worth every penny 🙂

It’s a really nice place, I loved the music and the atmosphere was great. It is small in size but the food is delicious.

I had the Summer Brisket ramen it was delicious, the freshness of the broth and the flavor of the noodles was amazing . The portion of the brisket was good and the smoky flavor was great.

I also had some egg rolls and they were delicious and flaky.

I recommend the summer brisket dish.

They make their own noodles, & the brisket (and all other BBQ items) are so tender!! Everything is consistently SO fresh! What a beautiful addition to the community!

Edit: reducing my review. They reduced the amount of brisket you get in the spicy brisket ramen. Used to be two huge pieces now it’s scraps of 1 piece.

Quality over quantity. Very tasty and very fresh I gradients. Fair pricing. We had the Ramen with pork and beef. Both were excellent. We will definitely return.

People, can I have your attention please? Kuma Ramen Company is exactly the kind of alternative I’m looking for—something different, something you can’t find anywhere else around town, a place where the business puts pride and love into the product they make.

Fast food prices have skyrocketed, the quality has plummeted, and the morale and service at fast food joints have gone downhill. If I’m going to spend $15 on a so-called value meal, I’d much rather spend it at a locally owned family restaurant that takes pride in their service and the food they serve. Kuma Ramen Company is just that—the owners work in it and take great pride in their food.

Their small menu is a good thing because it means they’re not spreading themselves thin with an overabundance of items. They focus on what they do best, and it shows. According to Chef Gordon Ramsay, your menu doesn’t need to be big; it just needs to be delicious, and this wonderful mom-and-pop restaurant is exactly that—delicious.

I ordered the dark spicy ramen, and it was really good. My wife ordered the curry ramen, and it was even more delicious with just a hint of sweetness. We also got a side of their chicken karrage, egg rolls, gyoza, and tempura shrimp. All of them are served with a sweet sauce that reminds me of teriyaki for dipping. I had a mango cream soda to drink—it comes in an aluminum bottle, and I really, really liked it. I’d love to know where they get it so I could keep some at home. I’m a fan of almost anything mango.

The owner, who served our food, was very friendly and extremely informative. She showed us the machine they use to make fresh noodles every day, and you can definitely taste the difference between fresh noodles and something that came out of a bag. She also showed me the gigantic pot they use to make bone broth for the ramen. This thing must be close to 50 gallons and it takes more than a day to make a pot. If you’ve ever researched how to make bone broth, you know it’s a long and intricate process, perfect for those who appreciate authenticity and the complexity of making delicious food.

Give Kuma Ramen Company a try, they’ve only been open about two months, you won’t be sorry! The incredibly friendly owner is full of energy and happiness, and the food is top-notch. You’ll be supporting a locally owned business that truly cares about what they serve.
