Old, cranky white lady with a mohawk tried to essentially get at the fact that my drivers license ID wasn’t real. “It says not for Real ID purposes.” —yeah, meaning it’s not meant to board domestic flights or enter federal facilities. Why this place is allowed to sell liquor, yet they don’t even understand how to read a basic form of identification? We’ll never know, especially because I won’t be returning. Terrible service and terrible attitudes. Please educate your workers.

I would give it a zero if I could. I went around 1 pm and the guy came out and just stared at me like I stole his christmas presents. Then i ask for what i wanted and they sighed and rolled their eyes. Never seen an establishment not want customers so much. I would recommend going anywhere else.

The staff is really awesome you can get anything you want to drink the crowd is very friendly even if you don’t know anybody when you walk in you’ll know him by the time you leave. They’ve got pool and darts and a few other games they have a dance floor and music. It’s not like a college crowd type hang out. But it’s got a wonderful atmosphere. The bartender are the most awesome bartender that I’ve ever seen. Definitely a place if you want to hang out.

This place has beer so cold it frosts my glass. Anyone who tells you anything negative was turned off by the locals. Who leave here sooooooo… Grow up! This place has everything needed to make a great bar. Friendly staff, it’s clean, frosty beer, pool tables, crane machine, raffle tickets, it’s all good. Go, you’ll thank me.

I would easily give this place a 4 or 5 if they had a decent selection of liquor but they don’t. Been in 3 separate times and only once walked out with what I wanted. They don’t even have Tonic Water!? Reeks of smoke even in the store area, and you feel like a criminal with the owner being behind all shields with them going what do you want. I’ll take the extra 1 minute and go down the street to the one by Pep Boys Auto Store.

Went there to watch Monday night football and while inside watching the game my car was broken into and robbed. I called the police and went to see if they had cameras watching the parking lot. The bartender was more interested in going home and left ignoring my request. Of course County cops showed up hours latter and did nothing, which is Typical of New Castle County cops. Late to arrive and do nothing. Aside for that I don’t go there to often. It it what it is. A small dive bar, in a location surrounded by seedy people. No food and no entertainment. Unless you consider pool, darts and a juke box entertainment. Its less then a mile from my home and I’ll drive past it to get beer elsewhere because its such an unsafe place to park your vehicle.

Has been my favorite northern Delaware local bar for many years. Great owners, & a nice mix of regulars, where, people from all walks of life, get along really well with each other. Two pool tables, with APA leagues, & a great juke box. Nice adjoining package store, with friendly, knowledgeable clerks, & awesome bartenders, on both dayshift,& nightshift. Nice selection of beer, in bottle’s, can’s, & on draft, by mug, or a decent sized pitcher. No ATM machines on site, so bring lots of cash, & please tip your hard working bartenders & bar maids.

The lady at the counter is so wish washy… she sells me without IDing me although I bring if not a physical ID then a photo copy one. Then when The one time I forget my ID she acts as if I don’t come in weekly to buy. If your not going to follow federal law and regulations when it comes to selling alcohol do it but don’t be wushu washy…. And I have audio recordings of the many times I went in there and she never asking for an ID although I am of age….
