I placed my order ahead of time over the phone. When I arrived 10 minutes later I was told that it will be 30 more minutes cause the chicken had to marinate. Ok I came back in 30 minutes and was told 20 more minutes. Only 2 teens were working at the time and finally 2 adults showed up. I waited over an hour for my order! They never offered a drink or anything while I wait. They gave me some kind of voucher when I left. This was my 3rd visit there but the only time I encountered this poor service.

Came in at a non peak time to check it out. Still on the soft opening stage. Got the 4 piece real chicken which was one of each piece. Chicken has its own unique flavor, Philippino, different slightly from other southern style chicken chains. Not quite as hot as Gus’ but it still needs a minute to cool down. Potatoes and gravy. Tasted like maybe real potatoes? Fountain drinks and tea. The Chocolate chip cookie included was a nice touch.

Just ate there. The guy who took our order was super nice! It was our first time eating there but is going to be our last time. Our chicken was pretty good and was hot and fresh. The spaghetti and mashed potatoes though? Not good. They were cold! My daughter loves Filipino spaghetti but took one bite and said “nope”. Also, they need to clean their soda machine. That was pretty disgusting and had a bad smell. Please clean it so people don’t get sick.

I had my first experience at Kukuruku. I went around lunch time, 1/15/2026. Customer service was great.
Some of the best chicken I’ve ever had. The chicken was hot, and crispy. No hot sauce was needed.

The Mac and cheese wasn’t it for me.
Next time I’ll try another side.
Also there is a 15-20 minute wait but for fresh food I didn’t mind. Its a little pricey but worth it. I couldn’t afford to eat here all the time but when I’m able to I’ll be back for the chicken alone.

First time trying this location and I loved it! I had a call in order for 10 pc party wings with 2 sauces — mango habanero and sweet chili. My order came fast and the chicken was juicy and the chicken size was good! Most party wings at other places are small.

This is the most flavorful and tasty chicken I’ve had in the entire city! 10/10 for the chicken and coleslaw. Tried the macaroni and must say, I wasn’t a fan. Noodles were way overcooked and just tasted like a pile of cheese with a few noodles. My advice is try them out but be prepared to wait 20-30 minutes (calling ahead is highly recommended) I will definitely return for more!

When I ordered my food for some reason they kept looking to see if I was looking in the back. Very weird environment. They do need to work on their costumer service at the front counter. However! Clean establishment and good food. Please be mindful of your customer service.

Food was hot and juicy and wonderful. Service was impeccable, polite, and quick. I would recommend anyone for a unique lunch. Their chicken is so juicy. The flavoring original sides are delicious. Would definitely recommend trying them out.
