The seaweed in the sushi was stale, the salad had more dressing than lettuce, the miso soup tasted like salty canned onion soup, and the ‘fried rice’ was literally just white rice soaked in soy sauce. The teenage waiter actually interrupted me while I was on an important call, then tried to overcharge me for extra rice I didn’t order. I have a hard time describing just how disgusting this place is . . . and it cost me $50. I wouldn’t feed it to my dog.

5/5 — Wonderful Hibachi Experience
I ate at this hibachi restaurant about a week ago, and I’ve kept thinking about how nice the experience was. The staff were polite and welcoming, and the atmosphere felt comfortable from the moment I walked in. The chef with red hat I think cooked with skill and a friendly attitude—nothing flashy, just genuine and enjoyable. The food was very good. The steak was tender, the chicken had great flavor, and the shrimp were cooked just right. The fried rice really stood out for me delicious. Everything was fresh, hot, and served in generous portions

Some of the worst service I have ever had. Waited 1.5 hours to be seated for a party of 4. After waiting they tried sit us down with another 5 people at a table meant for 7. We walked passed mutiple open hibachi tables, but due to pure incompetence the hostesses were trying to cram as many people as possible into one area, making it impossible to eat. We asked to move to a regular table and the hostesses seemed dumbfounded that we wouldn’t want to sit crammed at a hibachi table. It took over 2 hours for us to be seated correctly and our order finally taken…. the food was absolutely sub par and the drinks has floating white pieces in them(not lemon).

I called a week ago and made reservations for 13 people. Today we arrived early but our group was not all there. My reservation was for 6:30, they came to me at 6:15 and asked if we were all there and I said most but 2 were still on the way. The host said okay, that’s fine let me know when everyone gets here and we will seat you. At 6:30 I went up and told them we were ready and she told me they no longer have a table large enough to comfortably seat us but they could squish us at one table. This was very frustrating because we drove an hour and a half for dinner and had we been ready 15 min before our reservation time they would have had room to comfortably accommodate us. We were told reservations don’t matter if someone comes in they seat them regardless of the reservations. The food was amazing but our service and host was complete trash. I asked to speak with a manager multiple times and a manager never came.

The atmosphere was very dark for a family meal, but perfect for an intimate date. The staff was professional, though not very friendly (our server was, but not the hostess or the serving helpers). The food portions are pretty small for the price, but everything tasted great!

Celebrated Father’s Day, we had hibachi. The food was wonderful. The service was OK. The decor is a little outdated. We loved our hibachi show. Derek was very funny.

I came here for dinner with a table of 11 and we were greeted with friendly smiles and only waited a few minutes before being seated. The Hibachi chef was very entertaining and the food was delicious. The server was very attentive.

I don’t mind going here on occasion and that’s rare. Went recently with a group for a birthday party and I guess due to how many we were, our party was separated and across from each other. Perfect yelling distance. Food was ok, Hibachi guy was funny but our waiter was usually hard to find and slow. For 3 stars $105 is a little pricey.

The atmosphere was beautiful. Our family has been to quite a few of these kind of restaurants, and are familiar with the different types of food served. From what we were informed, by another guest who had been to this particular establishment many times in the past, the chefs were pretty new, still getting the gist of hibachi cooking techniques…so, let’s just say, they did a petty good job, so keep up the good work to perfect that skill. A little less salt on the food would be a good idea, as there were salt and pepper shakers at the table. All-in-all, it was fun, and those cooks were doing better with the use of the hibachi tools than I could, so keep improving. You’ve all got this.
