Located inside of Hotel Indigo, we open at 7am every day and serve breakfast, lunch and dinner along with happy hour specials. With elk, bison and cactus, our menu features ancient ingredients in modern dishes. We feature over 200 tequilas, mezcals and sotols behind the bar. Our server (I think her name was Maggie) was awesome! She was busting her butt and going nonstop. She was the only person working in the front of the restaurant. I ordered the Avocado Toast with 2 eggs. It was good. I didn’t like it came on white bread. My wife ordered granola with acai topped with strawberries and blueberries. She received yogurt topped with granola and strawberries. No acai and no blueberries and very different than described on the menu.

I tried the manager’s special burger with peach bbq sauce. It was very good and reasonably priced compared to other places in town. Service was excellent, very friendly and my glass was never empty. I am sure I’ll eat here again the next time I’m in town. Thank you

Understanding the importance of eating healthy, it’s important to have a restaurant that understands this. The food is not overseasond and is quite fresh. Our server was very sweet and the atmosphere was absolutely awesome! Definitely recommend!

Just arrived at hotel indigo next door… my daughter and i were tired and hungry from all day riding. We just wanted to eat in the room. So we ordered carryout to take up to the room. Got two beers while i waited. Hostess took my order. She was very helpful. Paid at the bar with a young lady. Very friendly service and the the food was good. Food came out quick and correct. Would recommend .

Would actually say it’s 3.5 but you get a half star for trying to make it in Summit County. Fish was overcooked in our tacos. Steak tacos were pretty good. Salsa was watery. The best thing was the pitcher of margaritas. You can add a little spice which was nice. Friendly staff as well.

We love this place, Kelly was a great bartender! We had a monthly flight, along with an incredible cucumber spicy margarita. They pressed the cucumber fresh in front of us. Atmosphere and selection was awesome, highly recommend.
