Great Cuban food, large portions, fun atmosphere. Understaffed, so service is slow, but pleasant. Be patient, the food is worth the wait. Ate there for dinner and for breakfast. Generous portions, so be prepared to take food home!

This place was very busy but they got us in quickly. The food portions were generous and the flavors were unlike anything I’ve had before. The one bathroom was always busy and the booth I sat in appeared loose as the people behind me seemed to shake and bump me the entire time we were there.

As you can see from the pictures (3 separate occasions pictured) I really like the Pesto Tomato jack melt and would highly recommend it. But this place is a go to for no matter what if you haven’t been. If you miss this place on your visit to Richmond then you missed a little jewel of Richmond indeed. So come here and eat your heart or seafood paella out. And get some cornbread and fresh squeezed lemon or limeade! Can’t go wrong here, plus the layout and decor is great!

My daughters and I were in the area and decided to try this place. We shared the pork, rice and beans plate and the Cuban Sandwich. Everything was hot, tasty and just delicious. My picky 12 year old finished the rice and beans all on her own. The pork was particularly flavorful! It has a very good citrus flavor to it. A good healthy portion of Platanos were served along with our meals, those were delicious as well! We took a slice of the Tres leches home and I personally did not like the texture of the cake or the icing, I’ve definitely had better, but my girls thought it was delicious. The only drawback for me was the sandwich was left on the grill alil too long and burnt. But Service was attentive, friendly and helpful! Thank you all for a wonderful experience! We will be returning.
