I wanted to take a moment to recognize Robbie, our tea specialist, for his outstanding service. I always drive all the way here passing many other tea places just to purchase my tea from him or his coworkers, and that says a lot.
Robbie is exceptionally kind, professional, and knowledgeable. He takes the time to make every visit feel warm and welcoming, and his passion for what he does truly shows. It is rare to find someone who consistently provides this level of genuine customer care.
I sincerely hope he is recognized for his excellence. He absolutely deserves it. Thank you, Robbie, for making each visit such a lovely experience.

A friend of mine was looking at one of the items on sale, and accidentally broke the lid to a single teapot. It didn’t seem like a big deal at first, and I even stayed a while so we could buy something to make up for it. Instead however, after 10 minutes of looking around, they tell me they have a policy that forces us to pay for the entire tea set. An 80$ mistake is absurd, especially when there is NO sign that says that’s a rule. I was very nice to them about it, but it was incredibly stupid. You can guarantee I’m going to let everybody know to go anywhere else. Im sure its a great store. But the employees clearly just made up that rule to make me buy an expensive tea kit. My friend can not afford it, so I paid for it in her stead. Just going to avoid going in there at all. ESPECIALLY when the employee said it was fine at first. Any other person would have stopped browsing and just left. Seems like the smarter decision now.

I was very impressed by the quality of the tea here. One of the owners was working when I was in, and she was very helpful and attentive. The Bi Tan Piao Xue is probably the best green jasmine tea I have ever had. Seriously, I am such a picky tea drinker. So this is the highest compliment. I would recommend this tea shop for those looking for high quality tea. Will you have to spend some money for the tea – absolutely, but it is well worth the investment!!

Just left and immediately wanted to leave a review. Best and most knowledgeable customer service I’ve received in forever. Super helpful, immediately knew where to find a few fun options for my people’s stockings. Thank you!

The Ku Cha House of Tea has a vast selection of teas and is well organized. They have a ‘make your own tea blend’ station and a free sample station. The staff are friendly and helpful. In addition to teas, they also sell kettles and other merchandise. The place is clean and the prices are reasonable. I look forward to returning!

The best staff. I completely forgot their names and feel terrible now because I tried to remember, but all three of them were kind and helpful. My family of 3 got great drinks, a bag of looseleaf tea, a steeper, and a couple of pastries for about 30 bucks.
I could not believe how reasonably priced it was and the quality of the drinks were amazing. I really appreciate you, you made my day amazing

I love this little local tea spot. They have a wide variety of tasty tea, option to custom blend your own, great gifts, awesome dish ware and treats galore. My experience with the staff has been quite nice as well. It’s nice to see young adults enthusiastic about working there. Will return every time I come to the area!

First time visiting this location, as I usually visit the one in Boulder. Sadly, it was a highly disappointing experience. A decorative ceramic trinket (that was not even an item sold at the store – as whispered by one of the employees to another) fell off a shelf and I was required to pay for it due to my proximity to said shelf.
Accidents happen, and I’m willing to own up to my own mistakes, but I don’t believe a customer should be punished for an inexpensive accident, especially with all the fragile decorations placed everywhere on the shelves. And to pay for something that wasn’t even sold there…
To add insult to injury, after I paid for the trinket and placed an order for a hot tea, all of the employees who heard my order originally FORGOT about it! I patiently waited 10 minutes thinking maybe other customers were ahead of me. But when I saw two employees go for a break and another just started cleaning I had to remind them that I placed an order 10 minutes ago, and then waited even longer to finally get it, scalding hot so it was undrinkable for 10 minutes more.
I really love Ku Cha, but this visit left a very sour taste that makes it difficult to recommend to anyone. Sorry, but it just doesn’t look good to treat even a single customer like this.
