We discovered this pizza gem recently and we are hooked,the best NY style pizza anywhere around Jacksonville, crunchy crust at the bottom as it should be, and it won’t sag once you fold it in half, the sauce and cheese just as good, I’ve been in Jacksonville for over 20 years coming from Chicago where pizza it’s outstanding and first time I’ve found a pizza joint in the Jacksonville area where I can say this what a real pizza it’s all about !! Also the chicken and veal parm it’s a must try,

I’m writing this review based on a disappointing experience with an order placed on 12/28/2025 from KT’s Pizza located at 12400 Yellow Bluff Rd., Suite 106, Jacksonville, FL 32226.
Our order included:
• One cheese calzone with ham
• One spaghetti dinner with meat sauce (with extra ranch requested)
While the food itself was acceptable, the main issue was customer service and unexplained charges. The receipt included a $3 delivery fee and an additional $1 “online fee.” I called the restaurant directly today and spoke to a live employee to ask what the online fee was for, especially since the order was placed by calling the restaurant directly. The employee openly admitted that he did not understand what the online fee was or how it was processed, which is concerning.
During the same call, I also mentioned that my wife’s spaghetti with meat sauce appeared to have about half a ladle of sauce, which was disappointing for a dinner entrée. Instead of addressing the concern or offering any explanation or resolution, the employee hung up on me.
This experience came across as a lack of accountability and poor handling of a customer complaint. Charging fees that staff cannot explain and ending a call abruptly when a customer raises a concern is not acceptable. I don’t leave negative reviews lightly, but this situation felt like fees were being charged without clear understanding and customer concerns were not handled professionally.
I hope management reviews this feedback and takes steps to improve customer service and pricing transparency.

KT’s Pizza!! Check it out!! Just off Yellow Bluff Road and New Berlin! YUM!!! Delicious pizza and tasty calamari! Fine wine and attentive, professional service in a calm atmosphere. I can’t wait to return to try the Lasagna, Penne a la vodka or Lobster Ravioli!

The cashier was friendly which I appreciate. Unfortunately, the pizza was very lackluster for the price. I paid $10 for 2 slices and they came out smaller than I expected. The pizza was so thin and crispy, I thought it was just sauce and cheese on a crust. On the bright side.. The inside of the restaurant was nice and plenty of seating area.

Pizza was pretty bad, 1st time eating food from here, kids wouldn’t even eat it, far Below average with bland sauce, toppings had no flavor and crust was cold and hard.
I’ve ate pizza all Over town, Cali kitchen, Al’s, Bruccis, A few other mom & pop, pretty much all the chain places Mello, Blaze, Papa, Hutt, Caesars, Howie’s – I would say even the worse was better than my experience tonight..
Coworker told me was good, so wanted to try awhile now.
Wish I could go back In time and save myself the $42.00

We ordered two large pizzas with a buy one get one 50%off coupon on Saturday afternoon. This is our first time ordering from KT’s. The whole family seemed to enjoy it! Remind us of the pizza we would get from our favorite Italian restaurant in Tennessee. We will be back again. We did a carry out order and it was ready in 20 minutes. Thanks for a great lunch!
