We stop here everytime we come through and honestly it gets worst with each visit. We waited 20 minutes in the drive through because no one answered the speaker in front of us. Went inside waited 45 minutes for cold burgers and patties that were in pieces. Not fast, fresh, or friendly.

We had to pull over from the drive thi and wait. It took 15-20 minutes for our food to be delivered. But not till the man ask every car was this your order. The burgers were cold hard too dark and they were not assembled correctly. It was a mess. We ordered 12 without onion or pickles. That they got right. We got 10 donut holes and they were overcooked and plain. We wasted our money. Something needs to be done. I’m terrible upset.

I have always been a fan of Krystal wings. The deep fried spicy wings may not be something very fancy or upscale, however I find them a very addictive. I stopped by this location quickly to grab a meal of wings ( 6 counts). They were super hot as it was freshly fried, and tasted as usual. The service was a bit slow and the drive through way was not very good. I suggest the authority should put their attention in renovating the driveway, and improving the service time.

The chicken’s outer layer is crispy, but the inside is often mushy, spoiled, or tastes like leftovers. Sometimes, the meat beneath the crisp coating gives off a spoiled smell when split open or eaten, suggesting the crisp coating and dipping sauce are used to mask the spoiled meat. I end up eating only the crispy skin, definitely not worth the money. It seems they may be serving leftovers, especially when trying to keep up with heavy traffic, or letting the chicken sit too long, as it often doesn’t taste like real, fresh chicken.

Okay for fast food I was blown away how good and fresh everything was, especially because it seemed like the guy who took my order was the only one working the burger was great the chicken sandwich was unreal and those were some of the best fries I’d ever had from a fast food spot. Food was just ok… mustard and onion mix wasn’t right. Too much mustard and not enough onions. The eating area was nasty and apparently no one cleans up throughout the day. And it was not busy, quite the opposite . And the fries aren’t the same but they’re ok, not bad. So sad that this franchise is going downhill. Put it this way: the frozen Whitecastle burgers are better. J’sin
