That had to be the worst service at any place I’ve ever had, but I spoke. He did not. He handed me my bag swiped my card hence my card back and shut the window. Also, the food was nasty soggy un edible never again as many years as I’ve lived on this street I said I would never stop here again and I did so that is my last time ever ever ever.

Burgers were great, the staff were friendly. We ordered ahead online to pick up 2-24 packs and they were just finishing them up when we got there.
Only negative is the restroom that they share with Circle K was filthy and dining room needed cleaning.

I visted this store during a road trip. It was locates within a gas station. It appeared clean. Service was mediocre. I was greeted and order taken right away. There was only two females working that day. The other lady in the back was on her phone mostly. The food was hot so I appreciated that. The chick’s are now made with different chicken and doesn’t taste the same.

Sadly the young man in the restaurant was all alone with just a bad attitude. No help and no customers. After speaking to him a total of 2 mins I think I understand. I use to love krystals, and would find one to stop at when I traveled, now I would rather just pass them by.

Easy to find, attached to a large gas station and it’s across the street from Academy Sports. A fair amount of parking is available. Staff was helpful and efficient. The space was fine but could use some TLC and hopefully a refresh of the interior space…

They aren’t open 24 hours. My friends and I drove a hour and a half and arrived at 3:20ish am to come and get our fav lil burgers but when we got there, they were closed. Wasted gas and time on our little spontaneous get away

Just came here on a Monday at Noon, ordered 1 burger that’s it…got told it would be a 10 min wait for the grill to heat up! Hours say open 24 hours so why is the grill cold? Even if open at 7am shouldn’t the grill be hot by noon? And how do you do a breakfast menu with a cold grill?? Poor management and employees as well! Took my business down the road.
It was Sunday when I visited and only 2 employees working so it took a while to get food. My burger was good but luke warm. The chicken sandwich was really good but extremely SPICY beware if you get that one.

Pityful place. Don’t bother stopping. The staff doesn’t have a clue what they’re doing. Rude to boot. They weren’t even familiar with their own menu. Sad. I wasn’t expecting much, but eventually just walked out. I was about only one there yet the employee could not manage to take my order. CHEESE BURGER PLAIN.
