The food is most of tome fresh but the pricing is thru the roof $16 for a combo meal the meat is so thin they are making money. Oh yeah if you look at your receipt that just added an additional service charge on top of the taxes better than white castle meat so thjn is has holes in it. Chilli cheese fries are 5 stars.

10 stars across the board for me. I eat here several times a week and Krystals in London is the best one I’ve ever been in. Its always super clean, ever the restrooms. The food gets made when you order it, so its always hot. Sliders are way better than the other place. Krystals doesn’t tear my stomach up (iykyk).The managers and staff are lovely people, always nice, and got smiles on. By the time you leave you feel like family, cause they treat you like you are.

A friend , convinced me to go with her to this location . First time , ever having a Krystal burger . I was expecting it to taste just like , White Castle , but to my surprise , it was Better !

This food was absolutely disgusting. We had to wait 30+ minutes past our time for a mobile order and everything was cold and tasted weird. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone

All the staff were super friendly and had my order the way I requested it and everything was fresh and hot.. The atmosphere was peaceful and I love the music they were playing you don’t go into a restaurant and hear Christian music playing..I would definitely be going here more often.. I’m definitely spreading the word to everyone to come here and get some delicious food.. give all of them a thousand out of 10..

Stooped here on our way home from vacation. Wont stop again. Milk shake was vanilla with lots and lots of purple dye mystery must have been turning your mouth purple. Burgers where smashed and not even put together right. Chili dog was amazing! Serves was very slow and employee was rude.
