Would be nice if they didn’t just randomly close 45 min before the time listed on here. Came at 9:15 and sat in drive through, had to walk inside and the employees said they were closed. They already had closed the lobby way earlier and had a sign that said drive through only the front counter. A whole line of cars in the drive through and nobody coming on the speaker.

Food was good. Service is slow. Especially last night 4/28/25. I had a small order and set in the drive though over 30 minutes and when I get my order I didn’t get a drink I ordered. I ask the guy for my drink he kept looking at the screen and said ok and I got a medium when I paid for a large. I was not happy with this experience.

I got 4 Krystal Burgers with cheese which was over $7 and I was shocked by their size. My thumb was longer than the diameter of the burger. It was ridiculous. Plus I asked for a milkshake and got the old line of the machine is broken. You have been warned. I will never go near this place again. It was a horrible experience.

Edit 2: And the issue gets even worse. The customer service is just as bad as the issue. The owner comes on and says go to the website and contact us. Well it has been 3-4 weeks since I submitted that form and to no surprise I never received a word back from the company or the owner! Service and customer service like this will be the downfall of this location! Absolutely ridiculous!

If you want them to make you wait for 30 minutes telling you it is so you can have fresh food and then you get it and it is cold and they forget your drink makes you wonder what exactly the 30 minute wait was for. Ridiculous. And then when you call them they don’t answer their phone

I like these folks and will return, but I’m suspicious of restaurants based in a service station. They also open late and sometimes struggle with payment methods. They also pre-apply too much mustard, burying the steamy goodness.

Ordered food online at 931, went to pick up as it was already paid for and at 950 after I had been there 10 min I was told it couldn’t be made they were closed and my initial order ticket was thrown in the trash when it came through. No money back, no resolution. That’s theft as petty as it may be.
