I had a very disappointing experience at the Krystal in Brookhaven, MS. The service was extremely slow, and the staff did not seem friendly or welcoming. When I finally received my food, the quality was questionable. It didn’t look or taste fresh, and I ended up throwing it away and leaving. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for.

First time trying Krystal’s, and honestly? It barely cleared the bar. The burger was somewhat decent, did just enough to keep this from being a two-star situation. Service, though—unacceptable. Slow, off rhythm, like the team missed the pre-shift huddle.
Now, benefit of the doubt: could’ve been a couple folks out of position, wrong day, wrong lineup. It happens. But first impressions are first impressions, and this one didn’t exactly sing.
Three stars. Room for improvement. Tighten the operation.

Ordered 2 meals with no onion…we had onion on our meals & they remade & they came back the same way…Soggy bread & undercooked meat….the only decent thing was the fries…food was horrible..

I’ve always loved Krystal, but I think this was my first time at this one. I wanted the bacon cheese burgers with no onions, but they told me the only onions on my burgers were the ones that were already on the grill, so you can’t get one completely without onions!

It is 2:30pm on a Wednesday afternoon and no one is in the lobby as in no customers. The host was Jeanette who seemed to only be concerned with drive thru. I walk in to wait for my order to be taken and I stand there for 8 minutes before I walk out and get in the drive thru line. I ordered a number 2 with no onions , no pickles , no mustard and add ketchup. They gave me the order with it all on it. I told the woman at the window they remade it and gave it back to me the same way with a little less onions on it. Very much disappointed and do not recommend because I drove a long way to try this and this was the outcome. I really was looking forward to it but never again.

It took about 15 minutes to order and another 15 minutes to get this order .
The Krystal Burgers had entirely to much mustard on them .
Like they just poured it on and kept pouring it on .me and my mother just got this for a snack on our way back home in Raymond.
It’s entirely disturbing because every Krystal we stop at the food just isn’t fit to eat anymore .
Hire better people and pay them better.

Swear the burgers are microwaved the bread is soggy and same color as meat patty the meat pattys are a pale grey color. Got a 4 pack only could manage to eat one. Fries are okay. Chicken patty was okay also. Stay far away from this place or at least the burgers
