Service was amazing! The ladies behind the counter were so friendly and helpful. My sister and I stopped to eat after her eye surgery and one of the ladies even held the door open to help. They were very aware and attentive to their customers. Very pleasant experience.

My husband only went to this location because the other location was packed worst mistake EVER! I went there today to speak to the manager. And he was so rude and unprofessional. He needs to go back to new classes where they teach. You how to interact with the public? It’s not my fault nor my problem that you’re chasing money when I was told by an employee that works there to come up there about a job. He was so rude and unprofessional, especially for him to be the district manager. Not knowing that I have my sure safe Certificate. And well, it’s various, but his behavior makes it to where I do not want to work for a franchise. Nor accompany that g m’s feel that they can be disrespectful. As I sent him the restaurant waiting for him to get there. Restaurants supposed to have a warm comforting feeling that was not at that location. I see why your workers have such an attitude. It’s because of the district manager that works for that location. And I wish I would record it this behavior with me. This store really needs to be closed down due to poor management.

Traveling back to Alabama,We stopped at drive thru , order was taken quickly, I ordered burgers at breakfast, so we had to wait about 3 minutes, but team member brought it out really fast.
The line was moving steadily. Good service.
