I am a regular customer of Krystal and has been for years!! I’ve never left a bad review even after receiving cold food i still will give a review on service.
Friday I stopped at the location on Goodman road as I have done plenty of times .I ordered the senior meal is I have done many times before from all locations .the cashier said we don’t have that I said have what she said a senior meal.i asked when did you stop.
Side note…..I had just purchased a senior meal the day before…..
The manager was in the back ground yelling for no reason because at this point I just wanted to know why I couldn’t get the meal.
He was yelling no im not doing that .i asked doing what he said if I wanted a senior meal to get it from were I got it yesterday….he said it was a corporate decision not to sell any more senior meals. He was rude aggressive and not perfessional at all I was confused as to why he was animated towards me I didn’t raise my voice at all.
So i changed my order because I was done with the conversation. The cashier took my order told me my price .I couldn’t understand stand her giving me my total because she spoke so fast I heard $6and something. So I gave her $7 she gave me .10 back i drove my 10mins away looked at my receipt my total was 6.34 for 2 regular Krystal and a small drink.when I call back the guy Matavis Ross whom says he is the general manager preceded to have a bigger attitude because I wanted my .56 .the cashier gave me my difference and still shorted me a penny

This location is okay. Their food is good and fresh for the most part. The wait is not really too long, but they do tend to forget your side items. I was missing a few things with my last order. Please double check the customers items on to go orders. I also saw a sign posted that their 3rd shift employees only get paid $10/hr. This is a major concern that should be taken up with Corporate. They should at the least be pair $12/hr . $10 seems a bit unfair. I can only imagine how much their day shift is under paid.

Tried several different fast food places before ordering from here. Mostly because all of the ones I tried before closed 15 or so minutes before their posted closing time. The employee working the drive thru was super nice, patient, and helpful. He seemed happy to be at work!! The food was delicious and flavorful!!

What a way to make someone’s christmas holiday. Now i’m in line at mcdonalds who will probably be getting A LOT more of my business this next year.

The absolute worst Krystal experience. Nothing about my order was correctly made. Hadyto go back inside to get forgotten item not in my sack. When I hot home and unwrapped the melt was old toast, not melted cheese and a cold beef patty with no condiments. This store needs management. Do no go there. Go ANYWHERE ELSE.

This was our first experience at a Krystal restaurant. It was late so we came through the drive-through.
The employee work in there, whose name was Tavis was outstanding. Very friendly when taking our order and when receiving our food. I don’t think I’ve ever met a friendlier fast food employee.
The food itself was really good, like White Castle, but without the onion. Had a great experience, highly recommend this restaurant and would return.

I have been going to this Krystal for years, especially for breakfast, because it has been wonderful. The last time I almost got sick! Look at my attached pictures. Garbage at the pick-up window. Staff oblivious.

There was a strange smell as we entered the restaurant. There were a pile of ceiling tiles in the dining area as if renovations will be happening soon. The food was good. We no longer live near a Krystal’s so anytime we are near one we have to get a meal if possible

I have never been so mad about how my food was today .I’m not a onion eater plus they break me out I ask for them not to be on my food .. when the sack came out they was on my sandwichs and I went back to the lines I also found out no fries was in my sack then she took the sack back in the window and shave the onion off sent the sandwichs back out the window with Lil bits of onion still on the sandwich remind you it was 12 with no onions add ketchup and mayo to 6 and cheese and add only mustard and cheese and ketchup to the other 6 so from the beginning it was wrong but I was gone let it go until the onion was still on there so..now I’m mad I sent the sack back in and my drinks and ask for my money back.she then re made all 12 over with no onions but put mustard on all 12 so I just said for get it I want be going back there for nothing they can have it..
