The service was great. But this is the second time I’ve been to this location and the Krystal burger buns are sopping with grease. Completely inedible and couldn’t even finish 1 of the 4 I ordered. I checked the rest and they were the same.

I have never had Krystal, decided to try it one night and ordered 3 milkshakes for mobile order. When we got there we were informed they could not make milkshakes and we would have to call corporate for a refund. They refused to process a refund on the spot, I have since tried contacting the store, and corporate I can’t get through to anyone and my bank denied my dispute even though I never received what I paid for or even other food in lieu. I want to give Krystal a shot, but they have had terrible customer service and I haven’t even been able to try anything I had ordered!

I was in Tennessee and had to try this place out. The burger patty looked like a sad piece of roast beef, the fried chicken was cold and hard and the fries were cold and soggy.

I placed a pick up order thru DoorDash at this location 40 minutes before they closed.
I arrived at 11:38 and the doors locked the workers cleaning up and they wont answer the door. No order, no respect, also no $8.86 that my order cost.

Drive thru was extremely slow. When we got to the window we paid for our meal then were asked to wait again. Sat in the parking lot for an additional 15 minutes before our food was finally brought out. Then we go to eat only to find out that we have to get the mayo from the fridge because they’re portioning is so tiny…. overall, poor service, poor quality. Very disappointed.

I went to the drive-through to get two double cheese burgers… I get all the way home… One of the burgers are fine and the other one literally had a half a piece of metal bread, one piece of cheese, one pickle and one meat patty. I called to Let the manager know about the complaint, but I was not about to drive all the way back to the restaurant for them to fix one burger. Also the burger on the good ones was just a mouthful of salt. My daughter and I love eating at the restaurant But this really disappointed me because that’s all I wanted and I paid seven dollars for one little bitty square burger.
