Our first time at this establishment. Went to the one downtown. We both had the flight which includes a Turkey Rib on mashed potatoes, Lollipop Lamb Chops over pasta, and Salmon over rice. The food was pretty good and the waitress we had was attentive. Overall, it was a good experience and would be coming here again

Was asked to hold and waited 10 minutes before I was able to place my order in the drive though. Then they didn’t give me a receipt and was told to pull up and I waited another 20 minutes in the parking lot before I eventually went inside and asked for my food and they looked at me like I was crazy. I told them I’d watched people come in and out of the restaurant in and out of the drive-through repeatedly while I was waiting for my food because they told me to pull up and park and forgot all about me. The manager had the nerve actually get an attitude and get mad at me. They hand me my food and I leave then I get home only to realize that my food is wrong. Also it was flavorless and bland. If I could give it zero stars I would . Trash experience

I’ve always received fresh food at Krystal’s drive-thru for four years, but on Dec. 16 and another recent night, my burgers and fries tasted stale, soggy and falling apart. I threw it alol away. I’m unsure if it’s due to new management, but I won’t be returning late at night. The staff was friendly, but the food wasn’t fresh by no means.

We’ve been coming to this Krystal forever. Like any fast food place, it’s had its ups and downs over the years but right now, I see good mgmt and good employees! Their food is so good and we always leave there stuffed, lol

Purchased 3 Sunrisors on Jan 21 around 10:30 am….the bottom bun on one was wet and another hand a piece of long blonde hair in it that my mom had to pull out her mouth. Crazy thing is that a while back I had a short piece of black hair on my egg and cheese

Customer Service was horrible I sat at the drive thru speaker for over 10 minutes for the lady to be rud this is the only place that I’ve been to in millington with such nasty customer service and slower then ever after she took my order finally I still waited another 12 minutes
