Pulled up at 11, Google says it closes at 12, tried to order and was informed they were about to close and I would have to wait 20 minutes extra if I planned on getting any food. That did not make any sense, also the server was rude about the interaction. I left and hit up the Wendy’s across the street, they are getting five stars.

I’m really disappointed with my experience. I went through the drive-through and placed my order at 1:10 PM, but didn’t receive my food and leave until 1:40 PM — a full 30 minutes waiting in line. There was no apology or acknowledgment for the delay, which made the situation even more frustrating.

I haven’t had Krystal’s in years. When passing through the area, I decided to stop and grab a bite. The service was slow, someone puked all over the toilet, the floor was greasy and slippery, and the food was awful.

I just bought my last meal at Krystals ever. I went by the location on Highway 64 at 5:30 PM, not a single person in the drive up line. The burgers I got were so cold that the cheese didn’t melt at all and fell right off the burgers. There are way better places to spend my money!

The woman’s restroom was filthy it smelled like cigarettes and looked like the sink had cigarette ashes in the sink. An employee used the restroom before I did so someone who worked there was aware of the restroom condition. The toilet looked like it had not been clean. The woman at the counter who waited on us was not very nice she acted like we were bothering her. She was wearing a winter coat and it looked like it had pet hair all over it.

This location has to be the worst one in the entire chain. It’s so bad I don’t think it’s worth a whole star. My last visit took 30 minutes to go through the drive-thru, and they messed up my order! I’ve given them a number of chances, but they’ve failed consistently. I’m done with Krystal and that saddens me.

TERRIBLE, Traveling to VA, ordered 12 Krystal burgers thru drive thru. As soon as we left drive grabbed a burger and it was soaked, reached in and grabbed another it was also soaking wet. By this time back on the interstate. Checked the rest of the burgers, all soaking wet. Count decide if it was water or butter.

I was very disappointed in this take out. We ordered 10 cheeseburgers and waited patiently. Only to get a sack of COLD BURGERS!!!!!!! As we pulled away my daughter handed me the sack and it felt like it just came from the refrigerator!!! Very disappointed. This location should be closed permanently. The staffing is always inadequate, the drive-thru speaker is never in working order, and the food is always subpar. I have never once visited this location and had a good experience. Please properly train, staff, and update the place. If not close permanently.
