The food was ok, the service was ok, the atmosphere if you like hearing curse words from staff while you eat then this is the place. The tables are dirty and the eating area smells like the restrooms.

This was not the best experience. My spouse always talks about growing up eating Krystal’s, and was so excited for me to try it. When we walked in it was dead. There was maybe one actual customer in there. Another person had pulled a chair up to the counter on the customer side and was just sitting there talking to the employees. We went to the bathroom, and that was just completely gross. The bigger stall was in use, and there was no toilet paper in the other stall. I grabbed my partner some paper towels, because that was the only option. We left the bathroom and heard the other stall flush. Less than a minute after it flushed an employee walked out. How do you blow up the bathroom like that, and not even wash your hands before you start grabbing peoples drinks and touching food packaging. Didn’t even use a scope to get the ice in the cups, just straight cup and poo hands. The drive thru wasn’t even busy, so I have no idea how there were like 8 dirty tables in there. We had to walk around to look for a clean one. And don’t even get me started on code violations. My partner is actually a trainer for serve safe, and she was in complete disbelief of what she saw while we were there. We tried to eat the food, but my partner was just so grossed out by the experience that we decided to throw everything away and leave. I’m not sure we ever plan on coming back to a Krystal’s. Her family lives all over TN, and we are going to be sure to tell them about our experience so they don’t waste any more of their money on contaminated food.

This is a great lil burger place that could be great if they could get the employees to either show up for work or even care to be there for the ones that do. The last few times I have been there there were very few workers on staff, but the ones that were there still head their heads high and took my order and treated me with respect. I don’t know what the issue is with why they are struggling with a skeleton staff, but I’d hate to see it go out of business because it’s in a great location and a busy location. Only the lack of staff to keep up with customers orders in a timely fashion will get this place shut down!

Stopped in on our way to Kentucky & our food was great. ( The ” Classic ” Burgers are the best thing from there & will always be! ) Staff was friendly. Inside wasn’t busy but drive thru was hoping. Bathrooms needed to be cleaned. I don’t have anything other than that to negative to say. We had a good visit and would return to this location any day!

Only visit this location maybe once a month because of this issue. Every time I’ve ordered at the drive-thru, I get hit with the infamous “it will be 10 minutes for Krystal’s”. Not sure how this location is still in business to be honest. I just left this location and from entering drive-thru to getting my 12 Krystal’s, it took 20 minutes. During my 20 minutes of sitting in the drive-thru, I witnessed 3 cars pull up to order, get told the wait time, and leave to go across the street to Taco Bell instead. Also this place loves to send you to the front of their store and bring the food to you when it’s ready as it messes with their timer. I told the cashier tonight that I was not doing that for her to grab another lady (maybe manager) to come to the window and try to force me to move to the front of the store that she would “be right out with it” and that they “get in trouble” if a car sits there too long. Have done that before at this location. I would love for corporate to get in touch with either me or the staff at this location as its employees definitely have a lazy entitled work mindset. But I’m sure it’ll be the generic “please visit website to contact us”. Otherwise, food was as Krystal’s should be. 5/5 for food. 1/5 for service.

Been to this store 3 of the last 4 nights wanting to order thru the drive-thru. As soon as you pull up to the speaker to order you are told “Just want to tell you it will be 10 – 15 minutes”. Tonight it was quoted as 15 -20 minutes. I said that was ridiculous and was told I could still order, that It just depended on how many Krystals I wanted to order, that they had 30 extra cooked. It is obvious this crew does not want business and has no management that is driven to grown their revenue. I would love to discuss this store further with the District Manager before it is completely ruined and has to close down.

We love this krystals but over the past few months they have gotten worse. The Krystal burgers are packed with way too much onions and mustard. Mustard literally drips out the burgers before you can take a bite. Tonight though really got me. View posted photos of the inside of my bag when I opened it. This place is in bad need of new management.

The cashier was extremely rude with an attitude. To every customer that I witnessed. The restaurant was so dirty, all the tables either had crumbs or were sticky. Some tables still had trash on them. The bathroom was absolutely DISGUSTING. And not only did we not get the correct amount of food, they messed up our food from how we ordered it. Would never eat here again.

We waited 5 mins at the order station, waited to pay, waited what felt like forever to get our food after paying. Every Krystal looked like this. Not even a squirt of mustard, maybe one pickle, and the meat was burnt, hard, and flaky on one side, but wet and gooey on the other. Some of them the bottom buns were half ripped off LOL I genuinely have no words lmao Krystal’s is honestly a guilty pleasure at this point we barely ever go because it’s usually incredibly subpar, borderline acceptable as food. Today just really sucked lolol I’ll learn my lesson and stop going to Krystal’s. Maybe I’ll come back in 6 months and try again.
