Without a doubt the worst fast food in Knoxville. 1) how in the world does Krystal’s not have Krystal’s ready? 2) pull up for me and we’ll have your 5 Krystal’s out to you in 22 minutes……. 22 minutes to cook 5 pieces of meat that are .2 millimeters thick? Just give them to me raw and I’ll cook them with my cigarette lighter! Place is absolutely horrible!

It’s fortunate that this is pretty easy to do and I’m gonna make it brief. My name is Roger Williams of course and I don’t know where to begin, but I choose a frequent fast food quite a bit and had to make a choice to choose a place tonight I just chose to stop by the Clinton highway Krystals and I knew what I wanted, but not knowing exactly what to expect but in short the Associate that greeted me at the microphone won me from hello so I waited in line for a little bit and realize why there was slight wait ,of course when I got to the window, the young lady was scrambling like someone showed up for dinner unexpectedly the way she was working in haste, I gathered my food. She went back to bring the rest of my food, and I proceeded to ask her was she a manager ,not to my surprise Aaliyah, which I found her name was actually a manager and my comment was you must be doing all this by yourself tonight and she said it’s me and one of the person, it’s refreshing to get great service with a smile and professionalism after a long day so kudos to this young lady Aaliyah at this Clinton highway location near the Arby’s. I don’t know the exact address but I hope and pray that she gets the acknowledgment that she’s due. I ask her was she a manager because she handled herself as such. I don’t believe Aaliyah has the work ethic and the etiquette because she’s a manager she’s a manager because she has a work ethic and the etiquette, I think all her accolades proceed Her is why she’s in that position and I pray that she gets acknowledgment she Deserves, to whom ever receives this on their table, I pray that you see that she gets that acknowledgment just another happy customer. Plus I’ve been working the business in Chevrolet for 17 years and I also found out she driver drives a Chevy tracks so we have that in common too. I’m so proud of this young lady.

We both got the new (saw on commercial) $4.99 two Krystal, fries and drink special. The food was fresh and delicious. This new 2 Krystal meal is perfect for us seniors on a fixed budget and as well as it’s the perfect portions. Thank you for this! The young lady at the window was really nice and did her job well. We went through drive through and took our order quickly and got our order right. It was not a busy time of day and we were the only customers that moment. They had to make us fries fresh and we waited just a minute or so but we’ll worth it for hot fresh fries. Very happy overall.

One car at drive Thur at window then one ordering, I was third car in line. Took from 930 pm till 945 pm to get order. Asked for 12 Krystal’s half with cheese half without. Said all they had made was 12 with cheese when I was at window that if I wanted 6 without they would have to cook them. So I took the ones with cheese and as you can see the meat looks like card board. This is at the Clinton highway store.

Owners should go ahead and fire this girl and shut this place down. Sat for 30 min for one single combo (because I already paid and the doors were locked so I couldn’t get a refund) all while this worker sat on her phone while taking our payment and while we waited, after handling food without gloves and picking up food that is cooked for customers and eating it. Do better man. Smh awful place review the cameras. 06/13/2024 arrived at 9:15 left around 9:50pm. Also the the male working tonight was the only one working, he did it all which is probably why it took forever because phone time was more important to the female worker. Of course after she fed herself with people’s ordered food. Also the food order was wrong and was given NO receipt by the female worker either. No cheese on the chili cheese fries which tasted and looked horrid, and no plain cheese kyrstals that we ordered yet they were all missing pickles though Pretty awful experience. Go to the one on western avenue instead.

After going to a different Krystal and getting pathetic service, I drove to this one. What a difference! I was the first order of the day and I ordered quite a bit of food. I received my food hot, received all my condiments and it was served with a smile and a great attitude! Brittney took care of us and she needs to go to the other stores in Knoxville and train them on what customer service is. She is a gem and should be recognized if her upper management is competent. Because of Brittney, I’ll be back. The other Krystal I went to first, I hope it closes soon.

Had a craving for some Crystal burgers, and ordered a bunch of burgers ended up spending almost $60; for 2 people ! Food was good, but I wouldn’t call it FAST FOOD… it took almost 15 minutes, but they did get the order right !

Been here 4 times this month and only hot food once. The other 3 times they have no food or we are ask to wait 20 minutes after waiting 15. Poorly ran. Avoid.
