We visited this establishment at 8:30pm on a Sunday night. Although the staff wasn’t very friendly they were fast. However, fast was not good in this situation. They seem to have forgotten to cook our burgers at all. It was dark and my husband and I both bit into them and were immediately disgusted! This is shameful and a waste of money.

Went long time ago and wanted again.
This time, the burger bottoms are real soggy-like dripping wet and big chunks of onions, not tiny slivered melted ones. Our whole party said the burgers were not how expected or remembered from years past.

I remember growing up and going to Krystal Burgers as a TREAT back home in Charlotte, NC. We stopped by here and simply ordered a number 1 meal (4 burger and fries) and waited more than 20 minutes. NO sense or urgency, staff seemed rude and as if it was a problem placing an order. There was NO ONE inside the store the entire time we waited for the food. There’s absolutely nothing I can see or understand as to why they would be so sluggish and take forever for a simple combo. Food quality was terrible! The dining room smelled like a nasty old hotel. Very uncomfortable and unprofessional environment.

We visit this place at least twice every visit…we dont have one near home. Totally great food and pretty quick. We always wind up having to stop and take some home after our visit. Sure wish theyd open one in North Carolina near us!

I had not had Krystal since I was a small child and we visited. The friends I was with ordered the chili dogs and onion rings. I couldn’t make up my mind so I tried the sampler. This is five items off the menu, the little chick, Krystal Burger with cheese, chili dog, corn dog, and onion rings.
I was so excited! I tried about of one of the onion rings and I have to say I think they are the best onion rings I’ve ever eaten. Then I want to try the Krystal Burger, I took the first bite and was a little disappointed because it was very cold, then I tried a second bite I was not impressed. The cheese wasn’t melted and the meat just seemed odd. After this I tried the little chick it was delicious, then the corn dog it was scrumptious, and then I tried the chili dog, I wasn’t impressed with that it just wasn’t my thing, so I just took a couple of bites on it and called it quits. I finished off my onion rings, the little chick, and the corn dog. And just because I was curious I opened up the Krystal Burger, I do not believe that the meat had ever touched the grill. I will tell you that I did not sleep at all that night my stomach was upset and for the next day and the day after it was terrible. I truly believe it was the Krystal Burger and that the cook had either done it as a joke or to see if there was a reaction or he just didn’t care. Thank heavens I did not eat the whole thing.
Now, the young lady that took our order was great and very personable. I just truly believe that the burger was not cooked. The rest of the food outside of the chili dog and that’s just a personal choice, was scrumptious.

Fresh and hot, attendant was super friendly and personable. Con: 7.50 for 3 regular cheese Krystals. Next time back to Whataburger where I can get a combo meal with huge burger, for 2 dollars more.

This is Krystal’s, so I’m not sure why people are surprised by the reviews. The food is edible, and yes — the wait was long. I don’t have a Krystal where I live now, so while I was visiting, I wanted to grab some since I used to eat it back home. The fries were good, the food was good. I didn’t go inside — just used the drive-thru. Like I said, the wait was long, but it’s fast food Krystal’s, so you pretty much know what to expect. Overall, it was more of a good experience than a bad one.

Soggy and pasty sliders, but overall decent experience. First day in Gatlinburg for Christmas and we wanted something new. Got our order taken right away and the cashier was nice, food was ready at a normal time too even with it being busy. But when we got our food none of us liked the sliders, they were soggy in random parts and had a nasty paste on the bottom bun. They didn’t taste to bad but the overall texture and sight of it ruined it, all of our stomachs didn’t agree with it lol. The meat also looked sooo bad and unpleasant, just a weird color and soft. The tots were good tho but tots are always the same anywhere you go. Reminded me of White Castle lol. Prices are expensive for the quality, four of those sliders are definitely not worth $9. $50 total for three combos and loaded fries for a family. My sister had the loaded fries and said they were pretty good.

My fiance and myself stop in at the Krystals in Seiverville at least every couple weeks. Food is always fresh and the staff are always friendly and make sure they take very good care of all their customers.
