Went here on Monday (Labor Day) and it was smokey inside and I felt so bad for the workers inside. I talked to one of the ladies and she said they have been working in these conditions for a while. As a business owner myself I try to treat my employees with respect and this is ridiculous that they have to work in these conditions. It was hotter inside than it was outside and all they had was a little house fan. Whoever owns this needs to treat their employees better.

We had visited the restaurant to get something to eat with our small grandson, the wait wasn’t long but the burgers wasn’t good at all. The meat was not cooked, meaning it was not done, still very pink. I was sick later on that day due to this. I also noticed while we was there two different people coming in and walking straight through the kitchen area. These were not people that work there, very nasty looking. One was a young man and the other was a young woman. This is very unsanitary and should not be happening. We won’t be back and will also put the word out what kind of place this is. So the owner of this business best get ahold of things or just shut the doors!!!!!

Went to this Krystal’s today (Sept 3, 2025), and I am blown away by the customer service that went above and beyond. I wanna start off by saying the guy working the upfront counter was very polite and the 2 woman working in the back who made our food were amazing as well. It is delicious and very fresh. Thank you all for the extras and bringing our food to our table that is amazing customer service, we won’t forget.

Was a nice pleasant experience here we ordered two three egg breakfast combos plus a sausage egg and cheese combo was made as ordered was fresh and Awesome job on them The food Was hot & nothing Was a miss. The floors where stick but everything was great .

1st visit here.
Ordered bacon, egg, cheese biscuit. Took a few minutes to prepare. It was tasty with lots of bacon . But the biscuit was greasy and completely crumbled into pieces about halfway through eating it.
The best part of the experience was the girl at the drive through window: big smile , happy face, and great attitude!
