I am honestly disgusted, me and my husband went to Krystal’s Sunday September 21st and got a 24 pack of Krystal’s 2 med fries and 2 med drinks. After getting home I opened one of the cups to pour some more drink into it and seen what I believe is blood on the inside. Mind you the drink we had gotten from Krystal’s was already drunk at this point. Not to mention there was a dead lady bug at the bottom of the cup. We had tossed the other cup in a garbage can at a gas station so don’t know if there was any in it as well. I am currently 27 weeks pregnant and my concern is through the roof, I have contacted corporate about the issue In which it took them nearly a week to get back with me, the corporate manager told me she was gonna look at the security footage and that she would get back to me, but still hasn’t and iv tried getting a hold of her to see what’s the next step. I am highly disgusted with this whole experience. Before contacting corporate I did try contacting the Lafollette Krystal’s in which there number is disconnected or it was at the time. All in all I believe this could have been handled a different way by Krystal’s instead of being put on the back burner. This is disgusting and we absolutely will not eat here or any other Krystal’s again

I ordered 1 regular Krystal burger, ranch blasted fries, and a medium drink and it was over $9. My burger was squished down in the box and the top bun was so mashed it wouldn’t cover the burger. Fries and drink were okay but Krystal should do better for that price.

I asked them what kind of geodes they have and they were confused. I told them I specifically wanted a large amethyst and they told me they serve BURGERS. A business called Krystal, and instead of beautiful geology they serve FOOD. Food was good though.

We ordered a 12 pack of burgers and they came with mustard onions and pickles. The burgers are THIN. really thin. Some of them had mustard/pickles and some of them didn’t. The sprite that we ordered tasted like the heads of the soda machine had not been cleaned. You could taste mold/other soda in the sprite. The Woman who took my husband’s order was irritated/flustered and got our order wrong. The only thing that had flavor was the junkyard tots but they gave us fried instead of tots like we had asked. We went to sit outside at the tables and their umbrellas were broken

Omg the food is perfection!!! I moved to Louisville from Tn about 10 years ago and they only have white castle which I find disgusting and generic. So every time we visit Tennessee I always have to go to Krystal and they do not disappoint, especially this one, the people are so friendly (which you can’t find anywhere in Louisville!) and the food is always so hot and so good!
