I waited over five minutes at the drive-through window for my order and when I received my order the sauce was missing for the Nuggets, the bag was handed to me vertically even though it contained to chili cheese pups which are supposed to be delivered horizontally so all the chili doesn’t run out the end, but the worst part was I ordered a chick with extra mayonnaise and instead I got a sausage and egg sunrise leftover from breakfast I guess based on how hard and nasty it looked! The girl working in the window had extra super long braids hanging loose down her back and she barely spoke or acknowledged that I was there, including not saying thank you, apologizing for the delay on my order or even acknowledging the delay! My advice is to spend your money somewhere else, as this is not a good experience worth spending money on.

Walked in and I was the only customer in the restaurant. I saw 4 employees working and I was ignored. When I walked in there was no cars in the drive thru. After 3 minutes I was finally acknowledged. My order was awful.

Food that taste and looks like it has been sat out for hours. I ordered the chili cheese pup meal. The hog dogs are greenish and hard as a brick and after one bite i threw my $12 meal in the trash. Can’t tell if the fries are not cooked all the way or cooked in old oil. Would avoid the Shallowford location . Not worth the money or having food poisoning. They don’t give a damn to correct it either so don’t bother.

Stopped by this place for an EARLY LUNCH. You know, the 10:30 lunch where they’re JUST coming off of breakfast. 99% of the time when you catch almost any eatery at that hour you’re bound to get pre-prepped food, half cooked food or something that was just sitting around from yesterday that they just need to push out the window. But I will admit, this was probably the BEST FAST FOOD EXPERIENCE I’ve had in over 6 months. I was greeted at the D-T speaker with a friendly voice. This young (black) girl looked and sounded like she was glad to be there. Not the usual attitude I am used to from Pork-Riniesha who is mad at the world for something SHE did. This young lady smiled and was very welcoming. Then came the food. Again, I was SWEPT AWAY. Not only were the Krystal’s HOT & FRESH, But the Chili-Pup was also. Beautiful experience great atmosphere and employees and delicious food.

This was my first visit. Sadly, I was not impressed. The classic Krystal burger was odd tasting and didn’t look like burger meat. Eventually when our order was taken we were greeted with a friendly smile. That was nice. The restaurant was cold inside and the seats were hard. The tables and seats were not wiped down. At least the people were nice.

We had been driving 4 hours since our last meal and were almost to our destination. The food was soggy and tasted questionable after a few bites. We were eating in the dining area as a break from driving. None of the staff made eye contact to acknowledge our existence ( including while the order was placed.) I had the sneaking suspicion that the staff wouldn’t even be comfortable eating what this place serves. No one was happy to be there…
If I had to eat here again, I would just get fries and a drink… It was good reinforcement for why you should never eat fast food. If you’re trying to break a bad habit, you should stop by.

Absolutely worst experience in fast food. The manager didn’t want to help me at the front counter to begin with. Once he did finally approach me he refused to help me with my digital coupon explaining he wasn’t taught how to do them and no one in the store could help. Nasty rude attitude and didn’t mind loosing my business. Will never go back to this location again. Let’s do better!!! This was an older white male wouldn’t give me his name.

Got off from a day of work.Drove to Krystal.Pulled up the Drive thru has a car at each speaker ok np! I want my wings. A car pull up from the 1st speaker. I pulled up right behind them. I get a welcome greet, and pls hold. I held thinking their getting the car at the second speaker since they were here before me. Well no I actually didn’t hear any conversations going on over there,then car make a u turn and pulls out & leave.I assume I should have tooken that as a sign, but no I wanted my wings so bad!Ordered my food,waited 30mins to get to the window.Just to have to repeat my entire order.Receive my food as im Pulling off i bite a wing then bite a Krystal. My food was made wrong it was drenched in mustard and had pickles.I asked for off the grill(only onions).I pull right back around to the speaker and let her know the mistake just to get told I have to wait in the long line AGAIN(15 additional mins ).
Finally at the window again,she apologize ask for the Krystals back just to give me some new hard & crunchy ones.I didn’t get fresh fries,fresh wings(my wings was so tiny,i never seen them this sm)or anything replaced during this 45mins transaction.Im highly upset & taking a break from this location for a while which sucks staying down the street.
