After midnight on two occassions service have been subpar. Tonight food was terrible (2.10.26 at 2 am or so). Ive noticed no activity here so I am beginning to see why. I will drive across town from.now on than visit my own neighborhood locations. Goes for Zaxby’s too on Hwy. 58. Boycotting both for poorly cooked food. Ive visited on more than one occasion so this is my last time giving it a chance at night 4 sure

My friend placed a mobile order on her phone through the Krystals app. Shortly afterwards, we arrived at the Krystals and pulled up to the drive through ordering point. The employee said that the pos system was currently down and that they didn’t know the amount of time it was going to take before it was up and functioning again. When they were informed that we had already payed for a mobile order, they told us that they were going to have our food eventually but they didn’t have any way to get a estimate for the wait time. We left the restaurant at that time. We returned to the restaurant roughly 45 minutes later and we were told that the pos system was updating and it still didn’t have any way to estimate the length of time until it started working. We parked in the parking lot and sat in the car for about 25 minutes. The employee eventually came to the door and asked what the name was on the order. They were unable to get it to come up in the system and they came back out and requested that we come inside and give them the details for the order. The employee asked for us to come to the counter inside the restaurant siting that they were cold as a reason for the request. They were in the midst of adding sugar to the tea dispenser and neglected to write the order items down or seem to pay very much attention to the order as it was shown via the app and verbally reported by my friend. The employee said they would be bringing our order out to us when it was ready. We went back out to the car snd we waited. When we got the order, there was an extra drink we didnt order, and two tots instead of a tot and a fry and no apple turnover. The Krystals were ordered 5 without mustard or pickles and 3 regular as they come. But the Krystals in the bag were all no pickles and all had mustard. This was a bit of a standard issue, since it wasn’t the first time they were unable to appropriately withhold condiments. The main issue was that we did not receive the large fry and the apple pie we had had on the order. We went back through the drive thru a final time and we were told to go park and they would be out with a fry and a pie shortly. We were waiting for our order to be ready and as close as we were going to get it for a total of nearly 2 hours. It’s a bit more than far too expensive for the amount of hassle and time. It’s just a bit more frustrating than it should ever have to be considering it is “fast food” and the only thing that makes it any worse is the fact that the food was not even hot or anything remotely reminiscent of fresh when we were finally able to consume it.

I don’t care if you are a franchise or individual owned you should have to accept all sales and coupons that the Krystal Franchise where the products come from. I paid $5.10 on Broad Street (Franchise store) for the same order it was $9.37 (Individual Owned). This is ridiculous. I will never eat at Hwy 58 store again. I hope the Franchise charges you more to buy their products being an individual then what they charge their franchise stores. What’s good for the goose is good for the gander. Just saying !!!

I have to simply share this picture of the food in order to expose the quality of food these restaurants are now serving to customers. We’re paying full price and getting disgraceful, unhealthy, and perhaps unsanitary foods that probably could make it sick. How do you come by at the timestamp on my receipt and get old food? Krystal’s do better! Please train your employees to prepare quality food.

We love this Krystal. The staff is so friendly, and go out of their way to make this an enjoyable experience. The buns are always freshly steamed and the food is always excellent. We will drive the longer distance just to eat here.

My buddy and I came in to get some food and was greeted with “What yal want?” from one of the female workers. Additionally the professionalism and expectations of the environment is sub par, with cursing and unprofessional mannerism.If this is the way the establishment is ran, I wont be recommending this for anyone.

I literally sat in the line for over 15 mins with only 2 cars ahead of me. On upon starting to eat, I found a hair in a burger, amd the burger were microwaveed not fresh, poorly cooked chicken and the medium tater tot was a small order and was cooked so much they were hard as a brick. I paid $15 for my lunch just to throw it away!!!!! Never going back!

I pulled up for a doordash order at 2:05 AM and was told it would be a 20 minute wait which is ridiculous considering they had the order long before I got there. The worker that told me this was completely unapologetic and rude. I am glad I don’t eat here myself, and I suggest others avoid this location at all costs.

The lady that took my order at the drive-through was great, friendly and helpful. My order was correct and I had to wait a few minutes for it to come out so it was definitely hot and fresh. The only reason for four stars instead of five is because the young girl who brought my food out to my carcarried it all watered up in one hand including a food item that should’ve been kept flat but instead was turned on its end and hand it to me that way which made a big mess when I opened the container. Details. It’s in the details.

Whoever runs this Krystal needs to be fired by corporate there’s been too many times I’ve pulled up and they’re closed because they have ONE person running the whole store. It’s idiotic how you expect ONE person to manage drive thru, grill, fry, and tackle all the doordash orders. Management is terrible whoever is making the schedule isn’t the brightest.
