One star is too good. Sold me a “patty melt” made with an ancient patty that smelled like it had been soaked in grill cleaner. I used to be a cook and I know the chemical smells. In the night time all I have ever gotten there is angry rude and lazy entitled kids. No accountability anywhere!

I used to love Krystals. But honestly it’s gotten way overpriced. Looks like they have shrunk the krystal burgers also but were still good. This trip my krystal chicks tasted like they had been setting out and were hard and greasy. 3 cheese krystals, 2 chicks a large fry and drink for 21$ ridiculous really.
