I generally use the drive-thru at this location, so I really can’t speak to the atmosphere of the restaurant. I will say that the food is always good and made correctly. I have never had an issue with the quality of the food. I also like that they don’t try and trick you into getting cheese Krystals (that is a crime against humanity, btw). The only complaint I have, and it’s understandable because of how busy they are, is that this is not a quick stop. So please be sure to budget enough time. The wait is well worth it, however. The location is easily accessible, being located right off a major interstate, and it’s easily accessible from the opposite side of the road.

Drive thru Service was exemplary – the woman at the window was super sweet! However, the food was not exemplary. I do not eat cheese Krystal burgers and both of mine had cheese. The tots were good, but not very hot. If they had been hot – perfection! The two burgers went straight in the trash – since I was already back on the highway exchanging was not an option. Disappointed and still hungry after eating tots.

Update: Even after hearing from the higher ups who assured me this would be fixed, not a damn thing has been done to fix the problems. The outside of the building is more important than the nastiness inside. Been almost a year, and instead of fixing the inside problems, they go and make a new outdoor sidewalk area. WAY TO GO! Don’t eat here! I was also told by the higher up to not post here about the rrsturaunt, instead contact them directly. Why? Because they don’t want people knowing about the nastiness, so they can keep brushing the bullshit aside and keep good ratings.
P.S. Higher Ups- I don’t need to hear anymore BS from you about anything. Save the damn lies for someone else.

We stopped here on our way down to Atlanta and everything was so great we stopped on the way back. Staff was very friendly, food was hot, restrooms were clean. Can’t ask for much more. Will be a waypoint on our I-24 travels moving forward!

We ordered through the drive up window. We had to wait 5 mins or more and then was told that she didn’t realize our food was was sitting on the counter. Once we received our order, OMG it was the worse. The Krystal burger bun was soggy, falling apart and tasteless. I have being going to Krystals for many years. This is the 1st time at this location and I will not be back. I took pictures of my food and have a receipt to show that we went to this location
