Been 5yrs since I had a Krystal burger . #1 good god the price of a small burger is insane. Not worth it at all. If the employees cared a little bit would help. More mustard then meat. Like needed a spoon to get the mustard. Fries were pieces , dry , over cooked. Burger thing just absolutely thrown together. Drink had maybe 5 small small pieces ice. Had to pull up n wait 15mins . Doubt I ever go back. For $12 I expect something worth eating.

This was the worst Krystal I have ever been in. The people who worked there were all men that looked like they were just released from jail. The guy who took our order went the back and fixed the burgers. Being in the food industry you know shouldn’t be allowed. Handling money and food isn’t good. Guys kept coming in and going straight behind the counter, why who knows. Our food to go was the worst. Driving down the road and starving the burgers were soggy, not hot, the buns were wadded up and one only had a half bun for the bottom. We should have turned around and got a refund or thrown them out of the window. Hope we didn’t hepatitis. In other words, drive by and go to another restaurant.

Never even got to order. This is the second time I tried this location in a week. First time, was told it would be a 20-30 minute wait for food. This time we were told that it will be a 30-45 minute wait. Longer than a sit down restaurant. Absolutely crazy

My husband and I ate here and the service was horrible it took them 5min before any one came to counter to take are order and another almost 15min before our food came out, they made sure the drive thru was done before they made our order and the kitchen staff were cussing. The burgers were not good the bread was saturated and soggy

We ordered a 5 krystal combo with chili cheese fries. The krystals were old. You could tell they had been sitting on the grill for quite some time as the buns were soggy. The meat was dried out. The chili cheese fries were only half full and someone got a little crazy with the shredded cheese. You couldn’t even see the fries. The quality of food for the price has gone drastically downhill. The price for a combo with two chicks, a small fry and a drink is $8.99.
