This was the cleanest Krystal. Our ordered was correct and served hot. The staff were all so nice. They greeted us upon our entrance into store. The management should be proud of these hard working employees. We were at the store on a Friday night between hours of 6:30 and 7:45.

When I ordered a smashburger, fries and chicken nuggets, I waited there for 45 minutes waiting on my food, during that time the people in the back making food were cursing and saying bad words, blaming each other for their mistakes. The person was behind me got their food, but I was still waiting there. After that they said that they didn’t have the meat for my order, I didn’t get anything of what I ordered. In the end I told them to give me a refund, I gave them $20 and they gave me $12.95 back. I left their very mad, because not only they weren’t doing their job right they couldn’t even manage to be a cashier. This was my first time ordering as krystal and the last time as well.

This was our first time trying Krystal’s it was below average. We were the only people at the restaurant and our order took about 20 minutes. When we got the order it was missing a few items. The employee working there was nice but not very fast. The food was just basic not great or not bad.

Ordered one 3 egg over medium breakfast with sausage, grits, toast and extra bacon and another two egg scrambled with bacon hash browns toast and extra bacon! We went in to order to go! Get home no extra bacon on neither plate! Called them when got home they said we can come and pick it up so we did needless to say who wanted a cold breakfast! So make sure you check your order before you leave! Very disappointed! !! And that’s not the first time it has happened!

I ordered a double cheese combo and asked for extra onions, pickles and mustard thinking that I would get one or two extra pickles and onions and a dab of mustard they had me waiting for 5-7 minutes on some food that looked like it was thrown in the trash and dug out. I couldn’t eat it. I had mustard all over my clothes and hands. My husband tries to eat one and it fell in his lap. SMH

My new Krystals! The morning dude is very friendly and is on the ball every morning. Knows my order by heart. The Lee Hwy store has an employee who hates her job..Donna! I tried for weeks to let her morning attitude go. The last straw was when she accused me of littering her parking lot with Bandage wrappers cause I wear a breath rite on my nose..outta there!
