Before i could even order cashier noticed my change purse and said we dont take that much change even though i had cash in my hand.
I ordered a pick 5 and was immediately informed of a price hike.
No sorrys thank yous or any courtesy whatsoever was given, in fact i feel i was treated very short and completely disrespected and unimportant! I will ot be back!
Recommend dairy queen for a “krystal” style burger.

Can only order what they feel like cooking. Since management changed absolute eye sore and waste of time every visit. Standards definitely weren’t kept. Couldn’t even spend a dime this time left because I couldn’t request chics in the AM?

We stopped here on a trip out of town for work and the employees greeted us with smiles and promptly the food was delicious tasted fresh and came out quick.

I gave 2 stars because the chicken sliders were good. But as for my chili cheese pups, not even close to being good. Taste was off, and they used regular hot dog bun and tore it in half. As for service, one of the employees was over by the drive thru area “freaking out” about not taking care of someone in the drive thru. She was even told by another employee to go to the back, but she never did. Worse krystals I have been to.

Would give zero stars if that was an option. They messed up food and were hateful and told us it would be a 20 minute wait to get it replaced even though there was 1 car in parking lot. Demanded back the entire meal stating we couldn’t even have taken one drink in order to get a refund. Then threw it all in the garbage right in front of us.

It took forever to get the food people were rude . I’m from Houston we don’t put up with that in our town. Usually something would be done to make it right . And I love to eat at Krystals but will never go back to that one.
