Second time now I have given a chance on krystals. Always have to wait for ever amd still get food I didn’t order. Whomever is the owner needs to get rid of these employees. To top it off they are rude and I tried calling the store to get my order corrected and it goes to a voicemail. Do not go to this Krystals. I hope a white castle comes into town.

I parked in the parking lot so I could eat & there was LONG blonde/brown hair in my food. I threw up instantly and was disgusted !!!! Whoever was in the kitchen definitely isn’t wearing a hair net. And I when I went back to the window to tell Tasha “the host” she said “okay” and just stared at me. No apology, no remake, or a refund.

I’ve given Krystal’s three chances this month. The first time, I walked in and ordered. I was the only person in there. They still gave me the wrong person’s food. The second time I pulled into the drive thru at 9:46 and sat there for 5 minutes. I drove around and the worker was outside smoking. I asked if they were closer and she said “we’re about to”… I only wanted fries and I thought y’all were open until 10? Tonight I went and the girl told me she had to reset the grill.. cool that meant my food would be fresh. I said I’d wait.. she never came back to the speaker.. I drove around and I saw her running back into the kitchen from outside smoking. She served the next people that pulled in

Tried to go at night on a Saturday. Sat in the drivethru for 5 min and pulled around to see a female worker hugging a random person outside the door by the drive through. They ignored me and I asked if they were open and the guy let me know they were closed. (They weren’t)
