I ordered a #4 and the 5 wings combo for my daughter with two extra Krystal’s. The fries were very fresh and good. The wings were cold after biting into towards the end of 3 of them. The Krystal burgers are already thin and the top bread were hard and the bottom was very moist and wet but cold. I just drove 3 hours and 15 . minutes from Memphis to visit family here and this was the worst to experience for it to be our first meal of the day spending $29.70

So, I got the pick 5. 2 cheese Krystals, 1 bacon cheese Krystal add mayo, 1 small tot a classic pup and then 2 pies for $3, which those pies should be like 0.50 cents with their size. I got fries instead of tots for the 2nd time which I don’t wanna hear about how the tots are for breakfast when you can junkyard them and add ranch powder to them… then you have some locations that will give them to you and some that won’t. Just seems like laziness to me. And my pies were so old and overcooked that the filling was cooked out of it and it crumbled in my mouth as soon as I took a bite! $13 spent for a partial order. It just let me addthe crusty pie pics so I did.

DO NOT USE MOBILE ORDER!!! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND NOT PAY YOU BACK!! I have literally never had a worse experience at any other restaurant. We ordered through the app, PAID, and they said they didn’t get our order. We had the confirmation number on our phone, the right location, but they refused to even look at our phone and said “they can’t go off our phone” for an order???? We are having to dispute the charge with Krystal corporate which is a nightmare. This was on 12/18/25 and there still isn’t progress and they still have our money for food they didn’t give us. DO NOT ORDER HERE!!
Edit 1/11/26- They never called us back. They said that the corporate person who was supposed to call us (Rose) forgot, but they couldn’t refund us because it had been too long. We are now just disputing it with our bank. How is this not theft??We will now not be going to the restaurant ever again.

Ordered through app and placed an order for six chick/ Six Krystal combo with fries and two drinks,
A medium combo of basic Krystals and a pick five And large onion rings.
Unacceptable Wait time.
Online order took 30 minutes from being placed to having to pick up.
$60 wasted.
Was asked to come inside to pick up order despite drive-thru request pickup
Hands were so full trying to carry everything out that almost dropped and spilled food everywhere
No onion rings available but still charged for onion rings and only offered fries as a substitute/ no refund. Having difficulty trying to go through app for a refund as the restaurant still has the order listed as being prepared.
No ketchup for fries
Was supposed to make my own drinks since I had to go in to pick up my drinks and the Coca-Cola was out so I had to ask them to get Coca-Cola from behind the counter
Food looks terrible out of wrapper. Fry box is stained with which is obviously old oil and fries cold from waiting for order to be completed.
No dipping sauces for the chicken nuggets
With the incompetence from this experience, It’s no wonder that Krystals are going out of business left and right.

2/27/2026 at 5:50pm. I would have been better off eating a dirty sock for dinner. They forgot half my order, then prepared the order wrong, then the food was old, cold, and buns were hard….and not in a good way. Next time I’ll go out back behind Burger King and dig out the dumpsters, the food might be a little better there.

Stopped by on 8-29-2025 @ 2:15 pm. The lady that was supposed to be working the register was standing in the middle of the dinning room having a very loud and inappropriate conversation on her cell phone. You could clearly see that the elderly customers felt uncomfortable with that she was saying. She saw me walk in and completely ignored me. The very sweet, elderly lady which was working the drive through had to come over to take my order. She tried to get the lady on the cellphones attention, but she completely ignored her. A moment later, another elderly lady came in (pictured) and she completely ignored her, too. This poor lady stood there for 5 minutes before the lady, which was working the drive through, was able to stop what she was doing to take care of her. I hate to give a low rating, because everyone else in this restaurant did a phenomenal job, but the younger lady on the cell phone ruins it for everybody. Management needs to step in before their good employees leave because of bad employees like this.

Didn’t receive half or order didn’t tell us, told us DoorDash would have to refund it (it wasn’t a DoorDash order btw). Gave us dried up hot dogs no mustard or chili and shoved them in the container tight 4 instead of 3. 27 dollars is a lot to pay for some dried up hotdogs plain and no milkshake. Please shut this location down.
Update my husband was threatened at the location told us to keep inedible, slammed the window on him. Husband threw order out by window it’s not edible, I wouldn’t feed to my dogs. Guy kept telling him to calm down, when. My husband wasn’t even raising his voice. Told him not to try him before he got to the window and added he wasn’t one to be messed with. This is legal Krystal’s you need to handle this employee immediately before the law is down there. He absolutely refused to refund my husband we didn’t get any or our meal. On top of that we waited forever for food that wasn’t edible, now we’re out 30 dollars…

This is absolutely the most filthy restaurant that I have run across in the last few weeks.
The manager sitting right there in the restaurant with food all over the table trash, overflowing leaves in the walkway bathrooms are filthy with no tissue and no paper towels. The workers looking unkempt. I’m pretty sure Noone is washing their hands in there. The women’s bathroom locked because they can find a key. The men’s bathroom looks atrocious.
So I waited on my order so I’m to assume it’s extremely fresh and ready! Surprise it’s not not only did the gentleman who fixed my food serve me mushed up sandwich bread but it was so sloppy the way it was served and the woman had the nerve to say she would make me another order??? The outside fixtures are hanging on by a limb the inside looks like it just needs to be remodeled the food quality was absolutely disgusting!!! For the price I was charged you would think they would take a little bit more inventory that I would be sitting inside and looking at the order but they didn’t give a damn.

The Morning shift and 2nd Shift people are the most Rudest people. The manager obviously does not care about customer service, and behind the counter is disgusting. One of the employees was even laid out on the table. The other two was outside by their car ! The only time that I will stop by is after 11pm when the night lead there. He is always nice And professional , The wait time is usually longer but most the time he’s by himself running it
