Just drove through and decided to go to Arby’s. Just seen their sign and decided we wanted Arby’s instead krystals was really over priced for what you get. Sorry about everything they have and it’s a shame because their food is usually very good.

It’s pretty sad when you double and triple say some thing to make sure they get the point at the speaker and then have to call back shortly after to let them know they messed up on simply getting an order accurate. Does this look like there’s no onions to you? The worst part is on the phone you can hear the cook arguing that he “scraped” them off… also 4 are made one way (cheese,onion,ketchup,mustard) 4 are (onion,ketchup,cheese) 2 are (onion,cheese only) 2 were correct (mustard,ketchup,cheese). This is the worst Krystal experience I’ve ever had. I know math is hard though but listening skills are easy.

Bought a Krystal bag of 12 cheese burgers through door dash the Krystal Price is 18.99 door dash up charged to 24. I don’t have a problem with that but when I ask for no onions I at least expect them not to be in my food. Onions make me sick whenever I eat them. I got 5 dollars credit from door dash for 24 dollars of ruined food. And Krystal themselves wouldn’t do anything to help me out now I gotta spend more money on more damn food

Krystal use to be my favorite little burger place. Last 3 times I have been here. The burgers have no taste and the buns are soggy, water soaked. Not complaining, just telling it like it is/was.

The food was awful. The chili cheese fries only filled about half the container they were served in, came with about a tablespoon of chili, and they ‘forgot’ the cheese. The sliders didn’t even have beef patties, they are little squares of mystery meat thinner than deli meat. I give them 2 stars because at least the staff was friendly. I wouldn’t recommend you eat here unless you did me wrong.
