Ordered the bacon cheese krystals and I love these but this location I had to ask to have it remade, they were very soggy and I couldn’t eat no wet bread. Even the remake was super soggy. I would have been satisfied with cold bread as long as it wasn’t soggy my God

Always have had great service & hot food until tonight (8:45 pm). Waited 10 minutes at the window & then got cold food. Burgers appeared to be leftover & cheese wasn’t even melted. Fries were terrible. Young girl at the window needs to be taught customer service from all other employees as they are all good & friendly.
