They lied to me about having to go inside for a drive thru mobile order, must not be able to count because I ordered 6 chicks & 6 burgers but only got 5 chicks & 6 burgers. Food was bone cold, with soggy buns and most importantly WITHOUT THE BACON I paid an extra $5 for. If you’re reading this don’t make the same mistake Krystals is DONNNNNNE! No good people work there anymore. $50.22 for nothing. We threw it out.

I really don’t like giving bad reviews,but seeing all the others here makes me want to add mine. I went here for lunch today.Arrived (in drive thru about 11:08 AM)after waiting about 10 min at drive thru,decided it may be faster to go inside.Once inside was told “be with you in a minute”…there were already 2 other people waiting for their food. Finally about 15 min later,they got their food and I got my order taken. Finally got my food at 11:45,went to my car…burgers had cheese and weren’t supposed to.I wasn’t about to go back in,so I peeled it off the best I could. I only saw 3 ladies working..one on drive thru but having to ring everyone up on front register,another (manager maybe) fixing orders then the one taking orders up front that seemed totally lost as to what to do since she’s the one that waited 15 minutes to even take my order. I worked fast food for years and I can say this place definitely needs an overhaul or shut down. Luckily I didn’t have to go back to work,but it’s terrible for the people that do.

First time eating here and not impressed. The blonde older manager wandering around on her phone barking orders while doing nothing to help her team . There is an another bigger lady in the kitchen with an attitude who keeps talking down to an older worker . There is a way to speak to people and that’s not it at all . The older lady who took my order is doing her best with no support from her team .

** Edit 12/30/25: before I even left the parking lot I had reached out to Krystal via their “Contact Us” link. I have since used it again. I still have not been contacted and my order was unable to be cancelled or refunded. I have started a charge back with my bank. **
This restaurant is a perfect example of why In n Out and ChicFilA pay their employees so well. I ordered online. I got to the speaker and told them . The lady replies with, “well that just came through”. You don’t say? How is that any different than me ordering at the speaker? Then she says, “We don’t even make pulled pork anyways.” I wait a few seconds and apparently that’s the end. No follow up. So I say, “OK?” And she replied with, “OK” followed by more silence. I give up, park, and attempt to cancel my order online. You cannot. It tells you to contact the store you ordered from if there is a problem. No worries, I am still here. I’ll just go inside. Nope, the same woman cannot give a refund. She starts wanting to take all of my personal information and call me back later. I say never mind, I’ll cancel it with my bank and start to walk out. Wouldn’t you know it, she starts raising her voice with me and getting upset with me. This woman should not be employed here. But then again, with that attitude, she is not qualified to work anywhere else either and I don’t want my tax dollars supporting her anymore than they already are. -10 experience.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I went there to grab breakfast this morning. I ordered waffles, grits, bacon, and 2 plain krystals. The girl seemed agitated I ordered even though I would have to wait. I waited 15 minutes for my almost $12 meal that truthfully wasn’t even worth $5. What I got was 2 very burnt and hard waffles, 1 piece of very burnt bacon, and the grits was so watered down it would have been considered soup. The only thing right was the 2 krystals. I will not be going back again. It was a complete waste of time and money and was disgusting.

I have to leave another review from a different account. I have reached out via the website multiple times. I have yet to receive a refund for an order Indid not receive on 12/21. They will reply with a canned response “this is not the service we want to provide. Plase submit a contact form online” of which they will not reply.
I ordered online. An employee said they do not make what I ordered and offered no solution. She was rude and unable to help. When I asked for a refund / to cancel the order she could not provide that either. Somebody can watch the security video if they have it. The employee was verbally abusive to a paying customer for no reason.

I waited for more than an hour to get my order of 4 Krystal’s with cheese, chili cheese fries, and donut holes. When it finally arrived, the sliders and fries were stale and cold, and the donuts were completely missing their glaze. I get that you guys might hate your jobs, but don’t take it out on paying customers.

Go to restroom to wash up and was disgusted and wanted to ask how many woman work in this facility and use these facilities! This is unacceptable ladies and gentlemen! The service was horrible as I waited and was gonna eat inside after being here for 30 minutes for 2 pick 5s go to counter and they aren’t even sure of the order and have half of it sitting in the bag getting cold. Ridiculously embarrassing….Facility and service! Sincerely hope this gets corrected….
