Poor service, the food was disgusting, and looked disgusting. The bread was soggy. I waited in line 20 minutes only to get my food and had to go back through the line and wait another 15 mins bc I was missing some stuff they forgot to put in the bag. The girl at the drive thru window had an attitude. At this point the only thing I can see yall doing is shutting the doors for good. Krystal’s use to be a great place to eat at. Smh

I only gave 1 star because 0 stars is not an option.
First, our order was taken and the guy on the drive thru speaker was ok, not overly nice, but nothing to remember in terms of bad service. When we drove up to the window we were handed 2 of our 3 drinks and then asked to move up to ‘the white line’ to wait. Waited about 10-15 minutes to get our order — 50.00 worth.
ALL of the Cheese Krystals were so cold it literally felt like they were in the refrigerator or left out in a cold building overnight. The cheese was not melted at all (11 in total).
We decided to keep the fries and the Krystal Chicks because they appeared to be ok.
As soon as I Walked in I was met with attitude. When I explained that our food was cold – I was told ‘you are over exaggerating’. Shocked at what I heard, I asked the lady what she said and she said it again!! I then asked who the manager was and apparently it was the lady standing next to her that had no problem with her talking to me like that. When I asked her ‘are you ok with her talking to me like that?. No response.
I was not in a good place so I asked my husband to wait inside for them to cook the food so I could try to feed my 3 hungry babies fries and Chicks.
Fries were awful. Chicken crust was rock hard and there was so much gristle in them, the kids couldn’t even eat them.
45 mins later, we have replacement food.
It was no better….
AND we still never got that 3rd drink.
Please do not waster your time or money on this place.

If I could give them lower, I would. I ordered Krystals with no onion! Of course, they all had onion. When i went inside to explain, they all had onion. Ask if they could re do my order without onions. The worker’s first argued upon them selves whose fault it must be. I was then meet with a rude, well it will be 8-12 mins! I then just ask for a refund! But before I left I made sure to snap a photo of the employee Not in uniform, No Hair Nets on hats, nothing but crocks, no gloves on 2 employees… pay attention @auburnhealthdepartment .

Worst Krystal experience ever. We began with a 45 minute wait for online, pick-up order. Upon unpacking $70 worth of Krystal we discovered that one “entrée”item was completely missing. In its place were extra orders of fries. Our chili cheese fries had no chili, and were sprinkled with unmelted, shredded cheese. On the topic of cheese, our “cheese” Krystals were not even hot enough to melt the slice of cold cheese. The fries were obviously a emergency borrow from elsewhere. They were not Krystal fries. If Krystal switched to those awful, pre-battered mistakes they should have given up.

The order taker was very dry and rude! No greeting at all. We were the only car in the drive thru and he acted as if he was bothered. Had to repeat everything we said. My bread was molded on my pups the fries were so salty I couldn’t eat them. Terrible!

Arrived at the window.
Was told: “you’ll have to go back around and wait at the speaker for the next shift to clock in and they can take your order.”
What???
It’s fine.
I’m done with fast food. You’ll learn that this upcoming generation isn’t nearly as patient as the boomers were and I really don’t think I’d even categorize them as too patient. We don’t have time for the nonsense.
Fast food restaurants are on their way out.
Just watch.

We had been driving all day and was craving some chili cheese fries so we stopped in at this location. The service was spectacular. A younger man made sure we had everything we needed while a young woman asked us about the quality of the food. The kind older woman that made the food was quick and super friendly. We enjoyed how welcoming the staff was. Definitely the best experience I’ve had at a Krystal. They all need a raise.
