It’s a fast food restaurant nobody expects five stars but a solid three would be something. I can’t even do that because I went to this restaurant because there’s literally nobody in line.. why? everybody hates it cause it’s a dump and employees are abusive, but I was in a hurry and I ordered three cheese krystal last week. When my order came I drove away. I counted everything. Everything‘s good…?? Nope- I got three crystals with cheese and no pickles effectively making that a cheese sandwich with hamburger meat. Giving the benefit of the doubt I went back one more time ordered two crystals this time cause I had a feeling and got two crystals that were stale with crunchy bread, the pickles were there this time, but the french fries seem like they came out of the refrigerator. They were so cold. They were past room temperature. More often than not the lady or man at the speaker is rude and can’t even keep a civil tone even if all you said is can I please get a number one they say HO please. I think they think that’s funny. I think it’s ignorant but here we are. There is no oversight at this restaurant. The owners don’t even seem to care and so I am reviewing it accordingly because if you don’t care about your establishment then why in the hell should I? The health department should shut you down because it’s nasty. That’s the first thing. I won’t go back that’s the second thing. And the third thing I want to say is if attitudes rather poor attitudes could shut down restaurants you wouldn’t even be allowed to feed vultures.

The service was AWFUL. The drive thru employee was rude and acted like I was interrupting her since she was outside smoking when I pulled up. The food was cold and ABSOLUTELY NO MUSTARD on my Krystal burgers. I have been loyal to this location but never again.

If you like being ignored at the drive thru and wait a long time. This is you place. After being ignored at the drive thru, I pulled up to the window to place my order. The car behind me did not wait, was able to place their order, before I could. Then I was told to pull up so the person behind me could be helped. The lady at the register was extremely rude.

Wait 15 minutes at the speaker to order… 2 minutes wait at the pickup window….look at my food can I get some protein on my Krystal omg… uncooked bread I use to work at Krystal….why bother to steam the bun if don’t care enough to put the meat on their… dead fries I guess I just paid for them to be loaded im paying for my toppings where are they …at this point I’m trying to breathe cause this service had me ready to throw at the window … and then give a spirit that should have be changed 2 days ago .. then you’ll don’t wanna give me back my money and now this place rap around the building. If you guys. Don’t care to that magnitude about taking customers money just throw the whole building away be glad that I don’t post these pictures

Salty, very disgusting. Around 30 onions on each sandwich. It doesn’t even taste like Krystal’s. I taste like the workers there put their own twist to it. I feel like throwing up.

This location could use some curb appeal enhancements to make it more appealing and welcoming. The employees at this location has always been more friendly than the one in Tillmans Corner. The food is usually good, but the prices are certainly begining not to match with the food for sure!

I just ordered some junkyard fries, they are trash and I got two Krystal’s… The onions were ice cold and the meat was soooo thin it’s ridiculous I’ll never eat here again. It wasn’t worth my hard earned money at all.

First, the food was hot, tasty and relatively fast all things considered. That said, this 5 star review is not so much for Krystal as it is for the only 2 employees I saw working. In an era when people are too lazy and don’t want to work, these 2 employees were at work, and serving customers. They deserve special recognition for something that is becoming a rarity, people working at their job. Again, this review is more about the employees working today than it is for the Krystal company itself.

First time ordering from here. Thought it would be like a White Castle but disappointed in the quality of the burgers. My bun was squishy almost like the burger had been frozen and then defrosted in the microwave. Very light taste, not much in the way of seasoning. Fries were crispy but very low on salt or seasoning. We had asked for shakes but were told the machine was taken apart which seems to be common at the fast foods here. They don’t want to set them up and have to clean them? Place was kind of dirty, crumbs on the tables and floors, and the tv was blaring which made it hard to have a conversation. Anyway, overall not worth going back even though it’s really close to the house.
