As we left Walmart, my mom suggested we cross over and stop at Krystal’s. I was hesitant, but was willing to give them a try. We ordered and received our food through the drive through. Our food was fresh and hot. I have to say it was the best Krystal’s I have had in a while. It was job greasy even the fries. The lady working the window reminded me I had asked for mustard and ketchup before I pulled off. I like to report good things to corporate, in a world when nothing but bad surfaces I like to recognize the good. I would reported all of this to Krystal’s headquarters but I didn’t receive a receipt.

Terrible service. Started off great. Ordered 4 Krystals- she asked if we could wait and we said no problem. We pulled around and after almost 15 minutes, I went in to ask about them. Waiting 15 minutes wasn’t a big deal. She said they gave them to someone else. No apologies, no offer to make some more. Nothing. I did get a refund but she didn’t even speak to me when handing me the money. Still left with no food

This location is generally a coin flip. Sometimes my order is great and sometimes it disappoints. My last order was correct and everything was good. I have noticed often if you ask for no onions the buns are not steamed and therefore they are dry and almost stale. Lights were off inside when I went so I guess lobby is still closed.

We stopped here to grab a quick bite while passing through. The burgers were good an similar steamed slider similar to White Castle.
Since we no longer have Krystal where we live we typically stop at one when traveling. The burgers are good and different than traditional burgers from fast food restaurants like McDonald’s.

The krystal burgers were moist and steamed well. The fries cooked firm but not hard. The only drawback was it was a little slow. The Krystal was in a great location near a theater and a few big box stores. The shake machine was out today.

Got my southern Krystal’s fix. Burgers are tiny & Tasty sliders. Like Whitecastle but with mustard.
Was interesting to see a little locals interaction. Older lady completely ignored the good ol’ boys that walked in in front of us until they walked out. We had no problem but my accent & attire screams Yankee. Idk. Whole crew was really nice to us, young lady even got us refills. Just one of those cultral things u notice on vacation.

This was an absolutely horrible experience – both service and food! I was told I could only order like three things because she didn’t have a button for the items on their menu. I was not allowed to use a coupon because once again she didn’t have a button. The food we did order was cold and soggy. Spent $31 and tossed it in the trash. The workers were extremely rude – one almost hit me in the parking lot pulling in. Save your money and time – go elsewhere!

I ordered cheese Krystals, Yes, for breakfast! Well, I had to wait, and wait, and wait, so I finally went back to ask if they forgot me and the woman explained she’s cooking to order and offered me a drink for the wait.
Now the food comes, I went straight home (less than 4 miles) and the food was cold and nasty. I just threw the Krystals away.

Food was just as i remembered, love me some Krystals. The lady may have been by her self but even with that said there wasn’t a line or anyone in the restaurant so I’m not sure why she was rushing us and very short. I did not get her name.
