This is one of the WORST locations to go to in Montgomery! They are very rude, lacked communication and professionalism. They talk to you as if you’re not paying for your food. Completely disrespectful and distasteful. The entire store should be shut down for customer service training. The food was thrown together and not done.

I just left. First I didn’t get a receipt. Secondly I ordered 10 cheese Krystal’s no opinions and 2 chicks. The Krystal’s on top of the bag (maybe 4-6) had cheese while the others no cheese. Both chicks are spicy, hard, and cold, but I had to be pulled around. I knew he came out too fast. If I felt like going back I would but this is unacceptable service.

After not having Krystals for years I decided to order on my phone. Went to the drive thru to pick up my order. I was told that I had to come inside? Kind of defeats the purpose of ordering and paying ahead of time. I was greeted with a picture of a gun that read no weapons on the door. I was then greeted by an employee who asked who was I picking up for? I said, myself. After mumbeling she said, NO, what is the name? I gave my name and a few minutes later she handed me my food without saying one word. I ordered pick 5. The Krystal burgers looked like they came out of the garbage. Microwaved too long, bun was almost damp, had to throw them away. The diet coke was good.

So I was on my way to PT this morning and I stopped at Krystal to get a little something to eat to start the day. I get there and there’s only one car in front of me that lot has a few cars in it like it’s just staff there’s no customers inside so I get to the the order board I wait to get from the server . She s says with an attitude” Go with your order”. I brush it off and politely stated my order. Now I’m sitting there for 2 minutes waiting for the server to tell me my order the price….. I’m waiting 3 minutes.
By that time the car in front got their order and left. So I wait about another minute or so before I pull up to the window thinking maybe the mic went out something.
When I get there a young lady with about 3ft of weave or wig with 2.5 ” nails tells me with a smirk in her face ” You gotta go back round and do your order again”
Then slams the window .
Now I’m va little boissed off.
I am a paying customer who does not deserve to be treated with disrespect.
Spoken to as if I am some common street thug..
The problem in Montgomery is Black people treat other Black people less than trash and expect to be put on a throne.
The customer service was shotty at best .
None of my people .. meaning the large group of people I personally know will not do business with that particular location.
These people need proper customer service training. I think this needs to go to cooperate.

Customer Service was great but waited 12 minutes for 24 case of over cooked sliders old grease french fries. Inside was pretty unsanitary. Y’all like Krystals go to the Chantilly location great customer service and fresh quality of food.
