Went to drive thru Sat there 2 minutes before someone came on the speaker. Im the only car in the lot. Ordered a sackfull of 12 with cheese and 1 order of chili cheese fries. $28.32 she said. I told her to keep that order went across the street got a half pound roast beef and large curley fries for $11. I understand now why Krystals are closing so many resturants. The food is not as good as it once was cost way to much for what you’re getting and the service sucks

Yikes, the facility is in dire need of serious cleaning. The restrooms were especially nasty with no toilet paper. Even more surprising was that a small grease fire broke out and the manager was ill equipped to handle it. Staff had no idea of how to shut off the fryers, a very scary moment.
I retreated to my vehicle to consume my purchase. The burgers were rubbery and tater tots soggy, and saturated with shredded cheese that appeared not to want to melt. The chili was devoid of any real taste, just a greasy goo of a meat sauce. The counter staff however was friendly and did their best to keep the patrons calm while looking for a solution to the mini grease fire.
Krystal, get your people trained on emergency protocols and procedures. This could’ve been a seriously bad situation.

I have been eating at Krystal for over 40 years. And this is the worst food I have ever gotten.
I waited for my food for a little while. I was given a pie for my wait. Not bad. The fries were cold and limp. The burgers were thrown together. Pickles and onions were in the box not on sandwich. And now I find a hair. What has happened to Krystal? Just a complete disappointment.

I generally like Krystal food but when you try and order at the counter and after ten minutes no one will acknowledge you it’s time to go somewhere else. Want be back to Ft Payne Krystal.

The other day I was in Columbus, Ohio, and had White Castle, and today I had Krystals and this restaurant was putting them out fresh, and they taste so much better than white castles, and their chicken sliders were way better!
