Hi hope this email finds you well. I just had the most horrible experience at the Krystal’s on Whitesburg Drive Huntsville, AL. Today at 11:00. The guy in the drive thru does not need to work the window. I ordered 12 Krystals and 2 fries. He asked me cheese or no cheese. I clearly said no cheese my wife heard it. Got to the window and charged me $34 I said no cheese, he said you said cheese I said no cheese. He kept on and on and on. Talking so hateful And rude to me. He shut the window and was talking about me I opened the window and said give me my money. He said I don’t know who you think you are and went off more. He called Steve is boss, and to talking to him. I yelled GIVE ME my money, and he said you here him Steve. He held my money hostage so he could treat me like crap.
The reason he didn’t hear no cheese is when I pulled up to the window, he was talking about a girl and dropping the F bomb several times.
I was about to call the cops because he would not give me my money back. He said go ahead I am not one of these blacks that has warrants.
I am so sorry to have to email you, but I am still shaking from what happened. I cannot believe it. I am done with Krystals for a while.
I got angry only because he would not give me my money and kept me there for 15 mins just talking down to me.

The staff was very welcoming and cooperative. Even with limited staff, they handled the DoorDash order quickly and efficiently. The overall experience was smooth and pleasant, and the service felt genuinely professional and caring.

30 dollars of food that was inedible. Pups were so old that the were shriveled and hard. Burgers had to be remade 2 times, intercom doesn’t work with know signage so that was 15 minutes wasted sitting there. All around a horrible experience. I understand that Krystal’s is used to people coming through from the bar or wherever, but what about the rest of us who are just wanting diner after work. Not cold and old food that is extremely below temp. So a number 1 and 6 plain pups with 2 large fries in the trash and not a single edible bite. Please get your act together, Krystals used to be a great restaurant that was affordable. Now you just sell old, cold, and ridiculously overpriced food with no care or regard to the quality or the hard earned money we are spending at your business.

Went to the drive thru to order the 1 A on the menu, guy in the drive thru tells me we don’t have breakfast over and over. Tell your works to learn your menu. Ended up just drive off since they couldn’t comprehend what 1 A is on the Krystal’s menus. Do better

I had to stick my sliders in the oven when I got home to make sure they were cooked throughly before I gave them to anyone. Both women that were there were dismissive and had a bad attitude.

Went for a late night dinner got 8 cheese krystals, 2 chili dogs, and some chili fries for around d 30$ Not an awful deal my woman and I are happy with food in our stomachs. Service was quick.
