The guy in the drive through window was great but whoever prepared our food forgot one of their long blonde hairs in it ! Right in the middle of our Krystal burger !!! One good bite in and well… we found it ! Ugh! Totally ruined our meal! Couldn’t eat anymore ! $40 down the drain! We almost went to McDonald’s but I said let’s go to Krystal’s … next time …. It’s definitely McDonald’s!!!

I ordered a bag of crystals online but noticed that you had to leave onions off of all not just partial maybe they could change the app to where you could leave onions off of four of the eight crystals that I ordered routinely. Although I placed an online order, I went inside and the lady was very accommodating

Who woulda thunk it!?!? A Bbq Krystal in Northern Ala. Yep!! We had to stop and try it and it was delicious. The meat was moist and favlorful. Not bits or scraps real pulled pork with plenty of smokey bbq flavor. Def a treat and surprise.

Make sure your order is correct before leaving. Ordered a Diet Coke but received a Sweet Tea. Thank goodness I wasn’t a diabetic. And to be quiet honest, the tater tots were so over cooked they were inedible.
