The employees will mess with your food with zero reason. They drench the buns for our food in grease and covered the bottom of our bag with grease. Our hands were covered in grease from touching the bag. The Krystal burgers were inedible and clearly tampered with by employees. Go to the priceville Krystal’s. It is definitely worth the drive. We paid $26 for nothing that we could eat.

I came through the drive-through. I looked on the inside and all of the team members threw their hand up as if they did not want any customers when I get to the drive-through the girl says Krystal’s, not good morning, not may I take your order so I proceeded to look over the menu because I was like OK maybe she’s having a bad day and then she really said Krystal’s again as if I was taking up too much of her time I will never be returning back to this place corporate really needs to do something about the staff that work there because that’s horrible

Completely incompetent lazy workers. Don’t ever go here. They can’t even put mayo and pickles on a simple chicken sandwich. They’re the reason why fast food places should keep their workers paychecks at $7.25. Honestly, they should close that pathetic excuse for a krystals down. Here’s a picture of their chicken sandwich. The chicken would constantly fall out of the fried batter from not being cooked enough. Note: it only has mayo because I put it on there myself.

They pull you over at 630 with no cars behind because of drive-thru time! So its ok that i have to wait much longer for my food as long as their precious false drive-thru time stays intact!!
