We had 4 teens to feed. They had never been to Krystal’s so we decided to try it. We ordered them each a 6pc nugget meal. We didnt know when they gave it to us that the nuggets were combined into 2 containers. All we knew was that we were missing 2. They were a little agitated with us at first, and of course we had to pull up and wait. The cook/adult man working was so nice though. He helped make sure we got all of our food and sent us on our way with a smile. I really appreciated his effort and wish I got his name. He turned a negative experience into a positive one. We need more people like him in the world today.

The original late night place to grab something to eat at. Not many of these around anymore and well some of the locations that are still around may not actually be open late nowadays. But I still support the lil square bunned burger even when the cost has went from .35 cents each and a combo coming in at around $3.50 from back in the day to now days ur doing good if get a combo for under $10 and if want cheese then another $1 per slice.. But they still hit that spot at times and they always have had the best Cokes and still do of any food place there is..

This place closes at their own discretion. Time states 10pm arrived at 9:30pm. All lights on employees in store and microphone on but would not take order when we drove around to the window the person inside said closed while waving arm gestures through the window.

Ordered some dinner online for pickup. I arrived early and sat in the lot until the pickup time I was given. There were 3-4 employees standing around outside cutting up, smoking, and on their phones. One more got out of their vehicle that had loud bass going on which was inappropriate for a business. Got to the speaker and they said it’d be about 25minute wait for food (which was weird because there was only 2-3 cars that even came thru the line while I waited) I told them I ordered already online and they told me to pull around. Got handed the food and I said thanks, all the girl at the window said was “mmhmm” with attitude and closed the window. Got down the road and found the burgers to be cold. Not cold from sitting out, but like ice cold, like they’d been touching a block of ice. Got home and found half of them had burnt onions and tasted like ash. Tried calling and couldn’t get anyone on the phone. At least the fries were hot and fresh.

Hours say open until 10pm CST but low and behold 9:50 in the drive thru as another couple was permitted to order food they rudely expressed being closed as I sat and watched others get their food. SO disappointing. If you set a closing time – stick to the schedule or update the hours!

Corporate could fix the air conditioning for those workers. I was hot and those poor guys still gave us service with a smile. They deserve a raise. Shame on corporate.

My grandma drove 30 minutes to eat here bc she absolutely LOVES Krystals! She was just smiling walking up there so excited and there was only one other elder guy standing up there as well. Well they waited and the female cashier was so rude to her about her wanting to know what deals they have and she only wanted a few burgers, one fry & one onion ring well first the cashier argued she didn’t have any deals for that (ofc not for the onion rings & fry) but just a deal for the burgers which she was looking at on the menu. That’s fine we completely understand not being able to find it sweetie, but she got the manager (female/black) but she was to busy talking on the phone with her friends (not once but 3 times) which was extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Just wait till after your current task is completed with no customers or customers that have already been served hunny before staying on your phone. I don’t want you fired or anything but you and the cashier need to work on attitudes towards customers. I’m more understanding bc I’m younger but my grandmother was just crushed with something so small. I understand the cashier needed to get her kids off at the bus stop but that argument could have taken place after as well. It’s 12:05, no school let’s put till 3pm so the conversation still had at LEAST 2 hours to discuss. If proof needed, I took pictures of you on your phone FaceTiming your friends instead of your job.

Nice employees, I was in a big truck and the dining area was closed. They made sure I was served. Some fast food places won’t do that for you. I’ve never had Krystal’s turn me away for that. Thanks it’s a hard enough job driving a truck without having to deal with people that refuse to work with you.
