I placed my order in the drive thr. Went to the window and nobody ever came. Another vehicle drove up to order,and I guess they didn’t because they drove away. So I left and went to Speedy’s and got great service and food!

Company did nothing. Do not go here.Went inside to eat, every table was dirty, paper, fries and other trash on floors. Two people were working, and after standing at register for 10 minutes, without either of the 2 acknowledging we were there, we left. Worst Krystal’s ever. Only had a couple of lids and the flies holding them down.

The young man with dreads who goes to Hueytown high was smoking a vapor and touching his hair and clothes and this is my first and last time coming her to eat very unsanitary food and he’s to young to be smoking and the manager just was watching him do it
