Just believe the reviews and don’t eat here. Soggy Krystal’s, not fully cooked, attitude, basically water with a few beans on the chili cheese fries and the pups were an absolute mess in the box after they basically threw the bag in the car.

This must be a franchise store because the prices are extremely high. You can tell the staff is low caliber, and not the cleanest people. Therefore, they don’t take any pride in their work and make terrible food. I believe the owner is charging as much as possible, and paying out the least possible for labor.
It would be nice to see a better business owner buy this place, and run it correctly.

I got chick’s and a small fry. I asked if I added the order of frys would they be fresh?? I was told of course, he would have them dropped right then, since we were waiting for my chick’s to cook!! Indeed my frys were hot and fresh but when I went to take a bite of my chick, the chicken was cold and hard. Even the bun was hard. Obviously they were NOT JUST COOKED!!! I have dentures so I couldn’t even bite through it!! I had to throw them away!! I’m not sure I’ll go back!!

Visited on 10-15-2025 around 2:15 pm. Ordered two cheese Krystals. The food was cold. The employee (male) at the window was not friendly. Didn’t say thank you or anything!

(Updated Review 3 weeks later) Well done, well done! When we got there tonight there was a line, a great sign! We had a small wait in the drive-thru as well, which is actually good, as proper food takes time! The food was much better quality, hot fries, fresh burgers, and pretty dang good tea! We’re so glad to see the change, and will be returning more consistently now; great job Arab Krystal’s Team!

The following review is not a reflection on the employees of this Krystal’s. The employees there are doing their very best and we appreciate that.
This review revolves around the food, I’m not sure if y’all are getting the last-product on the truck or if you just didn’t take the time to properly train your staff on correct cooking times and storage. Either way, there needs to be a genuine look into why the food quality is poor 9/10 times. Krystal’s is a fairly easy menu to work with, I’ve had a fully stoned staff at another location make banger burgers at 3am. Management needs to sit down and look at where the food quality is going down and set about finding a solution, whether that’s going to corporate for better stock, retraining staff, getting a new food manager, or replacing cookware.
We’ll keep giving y’all chances of course, especially now that you’re wanting to do 24 hour service. Those kind of hours are greatly appreciated, but hopefully soon they’ll be matched with quality food.

Food wasn’t what I ordered in drive through. Owner….if you want a successful restaurant. Hire a Great manager. Food quality should never be a problem. If you want to meet up, I will help you out……I don’t want a job, but Arab needs a good fast food. You got the opportunity, don’t blow it. I will try one more time…..
