Took a group here for a graduation late lunch after 2 pm with a group of 10. Not what I would call busy, we’ve been there before and it’s been crazy. The experience today was just okay. The waitress never came back to ask if we wanted more drinks or water, she could have made bit more money as there were others who wanted to try the key lime margarita and the toasted coconut. The half chicken was over cooked and dry. The wedge and Cuban were great. Definitely paying for the view as the prices are high. All in all not great but wasn’t terrible.

Very disapointing. When I visit Lakeland I like to get my Krystal fix because they do not have one in my town. This visit, it was like the meat was pre cooked then assembeled on buns that were left sitting out and became hard. Half of the cheese slices missed the burger and my full size burger was dry and the bun very burnt. Next visit I will hit the next door neighbor for mexican food.

This is my second time here and the young lady that is at the counter and drive thru is an absolute amazing worker. It’s Thursday morning and the weather is yucky and this lady was busy and kept a smile on her face and greeted every customer with a good morning, the food was good but I’m coming back because good manners and hard work is rare nowadays.

I have always loved Krystal but today might be the last time I go. Went through the drive thru and ordered the family size meal. 12 Krystal’s 2 fries 2 cokes and dessert. She told me they had no more applies so we have to take the donut holes. Fine. Pious I ordered my burgers plain with cheese. We got our bag and left as we were heading to the mall area. The burgers were not even hot but the fries were scorching. No donuts and I ordered a cup of pickles for my man and nope not in the bag. For 30 bucks this was like throwing our money out the window. It’s sad that for the prices of dining out are so high you’d think that maybe these establishments would give you quality. And not jip you. Sad.

Went There for a 4 PC chicken Nugget Combo, Asked for two Cups of water left the drive thru spending 10 dollars for Two Water Cups. Woman at the Box did not Specify Size or Price of the Cups. Simply stated that we would have to be charged for the cups. Which was Okay, We simply thought that it would be 30 cents to a dollar. Spent 4.29 each On Two Water cups. Will NOT be coming back. I called back and let the lady know she should have communicated with me that I’d be charged for a regular drink. And now she’s calling over and over which is MAX UNPROFESSIONALISM.

First time here and the inside looked very nice and clean. The prices are great and affordable no matter what your income is I got the 3 bacon Krystals and the spicy chik along with there fries.
Now the staff were friendly but the food took a little bit of time. But once I got it,the food tasted fresh and was worth it.
Now the atmosphere isn’t the best due to the area that’s its located in had random person come up to me and ask if I was gonna eat the rest of my food when I just finished eating one burger…so idk if I’ll be dining in,but for drive thru ofcoarse. .
Again the food was good so no issues on the price or quality a great quick bite grab to go!

Prices are too high for quality of food offered. My mom would get a sack full of Krystal burgers for just a few dollars and take us kids to the park that used to be next to Lakeland Hospital. We would eat our little burgers and slide down the very tall slide. Those were the carefree days.

I would like say that at the krystal located in Lakeland FL was wonderful. Jeremiah provided impeccable service and his team was outstanding. I will definitely revisit this location when we pass thru town again. Just outstanding !!!

Very disappointed. There were items missing so we had to return to pick them up. The final price did not align with the posted prices, but no receipt was provided. Finally, I’m the grits was a pepper packet.

Great place first time here and the after lobby hours service was great. Between the customer service and the food it was amazing. My husband and kids and I enjoyed it greatly thank you to Jen and the other gentlemen there today. ☺️☺️
