Had to go back up to get part of my order and repeat the order to the cashier 4 times. The burger sliders looked like spam on a bun. The chicken sliders looked good but didn’t taste as good as they looked. The fries tasted like the oil was old and the coke tasted like caramel water. The Dr. Pepper wasn’t much better. The ice cream had no flavor at all. They skipped the vanilla extract that day apparently. We will not ever be returning.

We arrived late for dinner when only the drive thru was open… Saturday the fifteenth, about 11 PM Coming from Orlando airport. I received the wrong order, one burger was actually ice cold, And the wait was 20 minutes along with 5 other cars waiting.. Then I saw one of the customers express, respectfully, his displeasure and the employee female was actually very nasty to him. However, on a positive note, my French frise were very hot and delicious.

It’s been a long time since iv been at a Krystal. Service was excellent food was fresh and hot. But most importantly too, the 3 ppl on staff worked great together. They seem to care of there job and what the customer wants. You don’t get that these days it seems so I appreciate them when I see it. A+ FROM ME FOR THIS STAFF!

First time at Krystal and the food was a joke. With a skinny meat for the Krystal sandwich that tasted like a frozen kids meal that sucked and the chicken was terrible as well. Will not be back. Best thing to do is find a different restaurant.

The food was cold they did not melt the cheese on the burger and the people were very rude we ordered the sack full and instead of letting my wife complete her order the girl did not ring it up as a combo so when my wife said make the fries and drink large the girl said with a attitude on so now you want the combo and rolled her eyes at my wife then my wife asked for three ketchups and three mustards and the girl only gave her one of each then they shorted our order by two burgers we go to different Krystal’s as we travel and a lot of them have gone out of business and I can understand why because having people like this work for you and put out that type of food they did it won’t be long before this one goes under too.

Got to the drive thru box placed my order got to the window and the lady didn’t know what I ordered made me pull around and them got the order of fry’s she was already mad she had to remake it then throw her hands up when I tried to get her attention to get some ketchup! Poor customer service! I will not be back everything about my visit was trash !!!!

I was so excited when I had to go to Lakeland after work, because that meant I could get my Krystal fix! And it did NOT disappoint!! When I came up in the drive through, it was the best experience! The girl was so nice and friendly and she made sure I got my extra pickles and mustard! The food was hot and fresh too!

My 1st visit to Krystals…ordered 2 pup dogs and tots, large coke $11. So salty, I couldn’t finish the hot dog and had to pick around the tots. Honestly, it’s the worst fast food I’ve ever had and the first time tossing half my meal. Staff was super nice tho.

Drive thru ordered 4 Krystal burger and a coke. The bread hamburgers were so greasy they felt heavy and the burgers were smushed onto the box.. wet with grease. I never do this but took them back and told them these are not edible! They gave me 4 news and they were all the same as the previous burgers. I simply through them in the trash. It’s a shame because I grew up with Krystal Burgers.. Avoid the one in lakeland Fl!!!
