Never been to a Krystals before. Their burgers are basically like sliders. My husband had the bacon burgers and I had fish. He received 3 bacon burgers and fries with a drink and I had 2 fudge sandwiches with fries and a drink. It was delicious!!!! Would definitely recommend trying them!!

Fast making 2 sac fulls than any Krystal I ever been in. The morning team is great. Also, one night I came without a car because I was right across the street at a hotel. Didn’t know the lobby wasn’t open, and the night lady let us order from the window even though we was walking!!! This Krystal is great. Good welcoming to Gainesville FL!

HEAVY SET BLACK WOMAN WORKING THE FRONT REGISTER WAS SO INCREDIBLY RUDE , NOT ONLY TO US, BUT A COUPLE OF LITTLE OLD LADIES AS WELL. THE IRONIC THING WAS, SHE WAS WEARING A SHIRT THAT REFERENCED CUSTOMER SERVICE, OF WHICH SHE OBVIOUSLY DOESNT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT.

While traveling I got off the Newberry Rd exit for a quick snack so I decided on Krystals. As I approached the drive thru window I was utterly shocked of the filthyness of windows. As I looked around the exterior of the drive through window area it was equally or worst. The wall were filthy black, tons of cigarettes butts and debris on the ground. I thought about driving off but didn’t want to be rude. So I accepted my order and drove off. The food quality was equally bad the tator tots had the consistency of potatoe chips crunch and dry all the way through.. no doubt they were over cooked and sat under a heat lamp longer than 2+ hours effecting the overall quality after that I threw the meal out. What was most alarming is I received my during in a perkins cup I thought maybe perkins owns krystals. The leadership is definitely lacking at this facility how can that be acceptable with the amount of competition in the area. Krystals will definitely not be in my travel plans.

This crystals is just awesome, I normally go to Krystal’s in Lake City and they are just horrible came here because of course I had a doctor’s appointment with my husband had a doctor’s appointment and the cheese it was just very good and amazing team a great smile just pleasant communication all the way around the board. And a coke it took more than half a hour to get to the window and get or cold and saggy cheeseburgers. I asked why it took so long and he said we are 2 here and lots of orders. This place is the worst Krystal I been to and the last one! The food was thrown to garbage and went to eat somewhere else.

Drive thru person (Cicely!!!)very rude and bitter at the window i asked if it was too late to add another burger and she gave me a dirty look and snatched my card without even saying anything. Did not thank me just shut window in my face. Gave a lot of attitude. If this person does not like her job then she should just quit. We all have problems but we don’t need to take it out on others. So disappointed.please contact me as I also sent the complaint thru your website and left my information. Thank you
