Hadn’t had Krystal’s in awhile, so my son and I ordered a sac full. We forgot to say no onions, but that was on us. Food was great! Customer service was excellent!!! We had a long wait, which was ok because our food was fresh and hot. Since we had to wait, manager offered us a drink. And while we was at the drink machine, noticed how clean and fresh smelling the area was. Also to be older building, it was very clean. And it was very decorated for valentines Day. Love when businesses are theme decorated.

The woman who was obviously in charge did a fantastic job! I didn’t catch her name but she said her day at work was just beginning at 7 pm on Saturday night. She gently coached her team and told them how to do tasks with firmness yet kindness.
My family went inside to order takeout. The service was efficient and the food was exactly what I expected. I didn’t check the order and unfortunately an order of chili cheese tater tots was forgotten. I was very surprised to see that the milkshakes were made with real ice cream! What a treat!
The carpet in the lobby was so disgusting. When we walked in our shoes actually stuck! My husband joked that they must clean the floors by dumping Coke on them. Floors are visibly dirty and desperately need a professional deep clean. I understand that it’s difficult with the business open 24 hours but it’s necessary to figure that out.
Payments accepted are cash or card. Tap to pay is only an option here if you know your full card number. All in all, an acceptable meal.

Service was great food was awesome love the store couldn’t find any better place to be or any better people to be around will definitely definitely go back and will recommend food to anyone my boyfriend loves the chili cheese puffs and a junkyard fries I personally love the chicks and a tots and specialty shakes Oreo is my favorite ❤️

I placed an order at this location in Milton, FL on 8/23/2025 at 2:14 a.m online. Both their website and Google listed the location as open 24 hours. My order confirmation told me to pick up at 2:25 a.m., but when I arrived, the store was closed. Later, I received another email telling me my order would be ready at 3:25 a.m. I went back again, and they were still closed.
At 7:20 a.m. when the store finally opened, I spoke with the manager on duty (Grace) and requested a refund. She told me she was unable to process one, and when I asked for the franchise owner’s number or upper management’s contact information, she said she didn’t have any number or names to give me. Her only solution was to remake the food, or else I would just lose my money.
I also tried contacting Krystal’s through their website and called the number posted on the front door, but I received no help at all. As of now, I’m out $43 and some change with no resolution.
This experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. If a store isn’t actually open 24 hours, the hours should be updated online, and customers should have a clear way to get help when an order goes wrong.
This is pretty sad. This is my hometown and this Krystal’s has always been a favorite. I have never had any issues with this place up until today. It’s THEFT as far as I’m concerned. And to tell me you can make my food 5 hours later instead of a refund…Yeah, I already ate somewhere else. Just give me back my $43.86 you’re holding hostage from me. I stopped at Krystal’s tonight on my way home from work. I noticed the new building paint and landscaping and thought wow this is nice.
Thought I’d get 2-double Krystal’s and 2-Chik. I order and the girl said $14.70.
I thought I must be hearing wrong. At the window she (and a male coworker) were ready to hand me my bag and she said $14.70….. I replied for 4-sandwiches?! She replied, yes as she quoted the price of each item ($3.70 some cents) and I was dumbfounded. I said that is crazy! I’m not paying $14 for 4-sandwiches!!! She replied would you like something else? I laughed and said no and drove off.
Are the employees now making $15 an hour? Or are they trying to lay off the recent upgrades?

Placed my order at 3:51 it’s 4:12 and I had to go in and ask where my food was and come to find out my food had just been sitting there in a bag totally unacceptable I paid 16.00 and it was not fresh I’m from out of town here working and that was the closet thing to home that I liked I would love a refund. And to top it all off one of the employees peeped around the corner laughing as if it’s funny need a new staff manger was so nonchalant as if everthing was good.
