Charged my card, refused to give me a refund and the rudest service I’ve ever experienced!!!! They took my drinks back from my car through the drive thru window which I don’t mind but it is a health code violation and I hope they didn’t give those drinks to other customers! I asked several times for name and number of store Manager which they refused to give also.

I have just recently moved back to Pensacola and wanted to have Krystal’s since it’s been a while I ordered a #5 added bacon and get chili cheese fries when my order came out I pulled out the first sandwich and it had no cheese and one crumble of bacon and I went up and let the counter person know. She said oh hang on turned around got a couple slices of cheese put them in a little box and handed it to me and said here you go. Customer service these days in a restaurant has gotten so horrible. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had and I won’t never be back.

First (and last) time coming here. I ordered a corn dog and a small fry. The time was considerably longer than other fast food places. And then they gave me onion rings instead of fries and I had to go back through again. I thought it was weird they asked for the onion rings back when they obviously would be going into the trash because I touched them. At least I hope they weren’t planning on serving them to another customer. The employee was also not friendly at all. The food was overall decent, but not worth a long wait with a messed up order and dealing with unfriendly service.

This was the absolute worst place I have ever eaten. It started out with the staff cursing each other out while I was in the drive-through. And they were still cursing each other out at the window. The location was not kept up, it was very rundown. And the worst part was the food. We ordered the smashed burger, and it was only half of a very thin patty. My wife ordered the double crystals and was only able to take one bite and spit it out because it was so disgusting. This place needs to be closed right now. If you are reading this review, please do not eat here or you will be experiencing the same poor service and food that we received.

First off they’re clearly operating machinery and doing renovation/construction in an area where food prep and service is happening which is horrifying. The lobby was torn apart, the ceiling panels were missing, there are airborne particles and clearly no protocol in place to prevent contamination of food.
Second- I have been attempting to come here for a milkshake several times over the last several months. The machine has been “down” every time. When I went this weekend it was finally up but they were out of Reese’s and Strawberries so I could only get Oreo or Vanilla.. now, they charged nearly $10 for 2 milkshakes and didn’t even get them close to filled. They were like 30% empty. This was my first (and LAST) time at Krystal and when I asked if it was normal to leave so much empty space in the cup the attendant basically said “this is where the whipped cream would be if we had any.
So not only were they out of over half their milkshake ingredients but they have their employees operating unsafe and unsanitary circumstances. 1/10 will not return.
EDIT: To management saying to submit a form on their website: I did do that, that night, and have had no response from management regarding my unsatisfactory experience. I am seriously disappointed with my experience at Krystal.

Customer service is a lost art at this place. Horrible attitudes. The food is thrown together, sloppy, and lukewarm at best. A waste of my money and time.
